There has been multiple occasions I’ve waited up to an hour for pizza. Today it took over 2 hours for pizza. We ended up ordering at another location since we had to wait . We tried to go back to get our pizza after receiving the email that it was completed, one hour later than the suggested time. Unfortunately the pizza was still not ready and we walked in to over 15 customers in the tiny establishment. One customer let us know they received an order completed email as well, over two hours before we spoke to them. No one should have to wait 3 hours for a slices and sticks. Will not be returning.

This was the absolute worst location i’ve ever been to. Three hours of waiting for our food. Was supposed to be delivered and ended up getting it ourself after driving to the store and having to wait another 15 minutes on top of the three hours. Will never order little ceasers again because of this horrible location. Employees have zero urgency or care in the world. After waiting hours for our food, they proceed to get the order completely wrong. absolutely horrible.

Went again tonight after a positive visit earlier in the week. Complete diaster. Night and day from 1st visit to 2nd visit. This 2nd visit, both pizzas were burnt and not enough cheese on the cheesy bread. I did order this online, and yes it was brought up, but I honestly have no faith in tonights crew. Quality checks and/or standards seem to be inconsistent or no existent at this location. Not sure if we’re going to go back for a 3rd time.

We ordered for pick up. The app said that our pizza was ready but when we went to pick it up the attendant took the order of the other people there the left before we could get their attention. It took them 15 minutes to even come ask what we needed. The pizza was literallly ready the whole time they just ignored us. So terrible.

The employee’s are rude and can be found cussing and arguing about their shifts as if customers aren’t there.

Let me start off and say that i will never ever ever ever ever ever buy, order or visit this place AGAIN! placed an online order arrived at the time the oree said it would be ready to get there and see it packed with customers waiting 1+ hours for a pie Thats crazy i was only there for 30 minutes and with one 1 person making pizza in the backbi quick said and ask for my order to be canceled I should of known just because of the reviews of this place that it was going to be a horrible experience so now i would never ever ever ever ever ever order here

I got 3 burnt pizzas like this. I’ve never had problems with the service, I don’t go in the store. I picked this location because the one I live near never tasted good.
The reviews are pretty accurate depending on who’s making the food it’s been a good 80 % of the time great and this is part of the down hill agitated part.
Food quality matters and food waste. If it was done correctly the first time it wouldn’t become a food waste problem to have to do remakes.
I don’t know the wage or anything like that but, paying a good wage to have hardworking people will go a lot farther then the inconsistent preparation of food.
Having it this burnt honestly stinks especially when you’re feeding older people and young children or any age person realistically.
I’m honestly disappointed that the people working today thought this burnt food is okay to feed people.

Like every other review, this is by FAR the worse location of them all. There is ALWAYS a huge delay and customer service is non-existent. It took me over an hour to get a simple cheese pizza, literally 1 pizza. They always give you some type of excuse for their delays. To make matters worse, the pizza dough was undercooked and super chewy. Avoid this location at all costs.
