I have never posted on this page before and usually just like to read other reviews. This is about Subway on Ruth St. In Sulphur. I placed an order in app from my husband’s phone for him to go pick up while I get the kids bathed and such. He arrives at the restaurant at a few minutes before 7pm. They tell him that Jamie just picked up the order. I am Jamie and I am 20 minutes away at home with the kids. I haven’t left the house. He explains that there is some sort of mistake because he has the order up on his phone and can prove it’s his. They call their “manager” who says that we can’t do this and they are not giving us double food, etc. Double food? We can’t even get our own order. They threaten to call the police yet my husband still was sitting in the drive through being pleasant and just waiting for our food. He calls to tell me what is going on. I call the restaurant to try to get things resolved and am told that they are working on them now. More than 10 minutes later no body has even gone to the counter to make anything at all. I call again and explain and try to get things sorted. I am told that they are on the phone with the manager and trying to figure this out. They say that they will call me once they figure it out. More than 10 minutes later still no call and nobody has acknowledged my husband still sitting in the drive through. I tried calling again, but nobody would answer. So I did called I’d block and called again. Magically I get someone to answer. She says that the manager is going up there to talk to my husband. Eventually the “manager” called me because my # is on the subway account. She send me a picture of the car that supposedly picked up our order. We only own red vehicles and this was a gray or blue (hard to tell from the pic) car and an older blonde lady can be seen through the side mirror. I am a brunette and much younger looking with full arm tattoos. The workers would have noticed all of the color had I been the one picking it up. They finally after 45 minutes remade the food and told us that the police will be calling with questions. Again, let them. We did nothing wrong (except ordering g food from there apparently) so we have nothing to hide. I will never do business with this location. It was all handled poorly and we were accused of things and threatened. Poor business practices to say the least. I informed the manager that I will be making a negative review and sharing this to warn others. Whether they accidentally gave my order to someone else or something else all together, I will never know, but my young children were really hungry and one is special needs and can sense tension and was visibly upset about it all.

Usually this place is okay. Tonight at 8 pm I ordered two footlongs and when I pulled up to pick it up the workers were running to their cars. I asked one of the workers if they were closed and she stated they were. I asked why they were closing an hour early and she nervously said “uhhh trouble.. yeah trouble” I said “trouble?” and she replied yes. This is ridiculously unprofessional. There was no trouble and it was obvious they did not want to work their full shift. I will be contacting corporate because as an adult you need to learn to work your full shift like the rest of us.

The pictures are from Thursday afternoon whereas the tea was made more than 24 hours before. 1 tea-bin was completely empty and crusty. also the staff was rude yelled at me that they would not serve a premade egg white after 11 it was too hard. like its pre-made you literally just pop it in the microwave like you do every other bit of meat every time and she yelled at me again stating it was after 11 and they refused to serve eggs. The place was disgusting the staff was rude and I’m so glad I don’t live in this town where are the restaurants look like this

My husband and I stopped into this location because it was close to our hotel. The service is something to be desired. They weren’t washing their hands or changing gloves after making sandwiches, touching the register, and dumping old toppings on top of fresh toppings. Also I received a very old stale piece of flat bread that crumbled like a cracker as soon as I touched it. After having to make a second trip to the restaurant I was told I couldn’t get a refund and if I wanted a replacement sandwich I would have to pay for it thank you Stefani for helping me by calling the manager so I can receive a new sandwich.

The food was great and the guy making our sandwiches was very nice. There were 2 other employees that were apparently about to either start their shift or end their shift and they were gripping about their job and co-workers. It was pretty unprofessional and a little off putting. 1 rang us up but never acknowledged us, just kept gossiping to her co-worker.

Went there to get 2 subs. No one was in line, I wasn’t greeted. Stood there a good 5-10 minutes. 4 people there and no one wanted to do my subs. Finally someone came up and stood there waiting for me to answer, they didn’t say a single word the whole order. Very rude, they don’t listen to your orders, thrown together.
I want my money back to be honest. That is ridiculous.

I would give zero Stars if I could. My mother just went to this location and tried to use a buy one get one free Subway sandwich. She had a coupon and and the boss of this Subway refused to take the coupon made them pay full price. The first thing I asked was if she talked to a manager and she said that the boss of the store refused to take the coupon. I would say that’s absolute trash customer service and I do not recommend this place to anyone I would never eat there again. I was a regular customer until they did that to my mom.
