The best Pizza Hut pizza we’ve had in years. Service was excellent. It should be noted this is a small Pizza Hut. It mostly caters to carry-out orders but it does have 2 tables for those who may want to eat-in, which we did. The staff was super nice!!

I always order on the app and it says ready in 15 minutes. I’ve never had to wait! I really suggest ordering online and utilizing the rewards points if you haven’t done so yet! (Free pizzzzzzaaaa lol) Food is always good!

I guess they have a lot of background noise on their end so if you want your order correct I’d suggest ordering on the app instead of calling in. I had called in lemon pepper boneless wings and they asked if I wanted ranch and I said “yes that’s fine” when I got my order it was plain boneless wings and no ranch. No big deal though, food was still amazing and good!

Pizza is usually very greasy. Service is fast. Employees usually don’t understand what you want so it’s better to order on the app if you want your order correct. Not sure why the pizza is always so greasy here while other locations are not. Overall I do order here for the convenience and the kids still love it.

Pizza Hut in Craigsville is simply amazing. The quality of the food is better than any other Pizza Hut I’ve visited. I typically place my order online to take advantage of the online specials, and they’re always on top of it. The staff is courteous and the manager is top notch. If you do experience a problem with your order, which will be extremely rare, it won’t be a problem long. This is definitely an establishment where you can buy with confidence.
