So I order, get there to pick up food, they are out of turkey, which sucks but that’s OK, she said she could just give extra of the other meat which is fine. I already ordered 50% more meat for two more dollars and once I get my sandwich she clearly didn’t add extra like she said she would nor did she even give me 50% more meat. Genuinely the smallest Subway sandwich I’ve ever gotten. I love subway and never had an issue but I knew walking in that my order was going to be wrong and she wouldn’t even bother to read it. and the worker was upset she had to stop watching her show to make my order, had gone in give minutes earlier than pick up time, because I don’t mind waiting the five to ten minutes, but it took her twenty minutes to finish the order. Genuinely will never use that specific subway again.

The Wal-Mart Subway continues to disappoint my already low expectations. The other location was out of nearly everything so this was the only subway option, though this one was out of several things as well.
The younger lady working stopped making my sandwich to pull out her phone, tsp a few keys, then set it on the counter behind her. Didn’t change gloves. She heard me say something to my wife about it yet still didn’t bother to change her now contaminated gloves. Paying took several minutes because she couldn’t total our simple order up correctly and still managed to charge extra though we used a coupon and didn’t add anything extra to the sandwich.
My already low expectations for this location have reached a new low today. If the Park Terrace location doesn’t have what I want, I’ll do without next time.

If it wasn’t for the product this place would need a training overhaul. I went here 3 different times. Two out of three times the sandwich made was very sloppy. On my third try, the sandwich artist wasn’t in the best of moods and had no problem showing it. I would recommend going to this place ONLY if it is your last resort.

Second time I’ve thrown my food away with only about 3 bites gone. Bread is OLD. Girls are rude. Make you feel like you bothered them by walking in. Last time for me.
