Update: I received my food at 7:28. Literally 35 mins after I placed my order.
I’m really disappointed with the service here. I placed my order at 6:53 PM, and by 7:25 PM, I am still waiting. And it wasn’t just me — multiple people waiting for online orders were saying they had been waiting 45 minutes or more.
For a place that usually prides itself on being quick and convenient, this location is anything but. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and orders were just piling up with no urgency.
On top of that, they burnt something in the kitchen, and the whole place is smoky. I’ve never seen — or smelled — anything like that at a Firehouse before.
I’ve been to plenty of other Firehouse locations and I’ve never experienced service this slow. This one is by far the worst.
If you’re expecting fast service or you’re on any kind of time limit, do NOT come to this Firehouse. The wait times are completely unacceptable.

The owner should be ashamed, dirty tables (I had to clean one in order to sit down), dirty floor, dirty drink station, sub par service, sandwich was thrown together and was literally falling apart while I was trying to eat it, chili bowl was dirty around the bottom of it. I never have this problem at Chick Fil A. I’ll never go back to this one.

I didn’t get my pickle even though I was asked if I wanted a pickle on the side. The sub I ordered wasn’t as good as I remember it being. The soda fountain had run out of Coca-Cola flavoring and tasted like straight soda water. Fingers crossed my next experience is better.

I always order through the app for pick up. It seems to be a continuous thing if i order inside, my sub is incorrect one way or another so doing it myself just leads to little to no error. Sub is always ready for pick up on time which i appreciate. However the staff needs to be improved. They don’t greet anyone and just gossip amongst each other when there are customers waiting. The customer experience seems to be focused on last.
