Came in on 01/04/2025 to get the new hot meatballs sub. They were out of all bread except white and wheat. They were also out of pepper jack cheese, olives and the lettuce look horrendous. Bottle drink selection was very limited with most of the drinks being out. I would not have came here if I knew that the store was barley functioning.

Was told I could not build my own sandwich, like WTH ? The sign on the window CLEARLY says “ build your own sandwich” Also, they say they do not take coupons. Why is it that all the stores in Lafayette and everywhere else take coupons? What’s the point of a coupon if you can’t use it?

Horrible, only has sandwich, no pretzels, no churros. Not friendly, out of everything, trunk coming in on Monday, so I guess you should close till Monday or forever. Ice machine looks cruddy. They were out of butter for the pretzel, you’re inside walmart, go buy some butter.

The employees didn’t wash their hands before putting on gloves. We had to ask, and then they resisted until we pressured them. As well has the older gentleman with the tattoos on his arms made smart comments about being clean as if we were the problem.
Both of these employees who worked on 11/22/2020 at 11:10am need to be trained in cleanliness and more important how COVID is spread.
Side note the man didn’t have a mask at all, and the women had a mask but as we walked in her hand was under it in her face…which is why the whole thing started with them not washing their hand before grabbing gloves.

The foods decent. Just about everytime we walk in the employees are sitting at the tables playing on their phones and have to walk all the way around in order to start taking our order. The last few times we’ve been, the spinach has had leaves that are rotten in the container, the first time the employee picked around them and the second time the employee actually put them on my sandwich.
The employees seem to be lazy and when they talk they only speak to complain about things or people either within or outside of their job. While you have one employee making our food the other is still sitting at the table playing on their phone and their communicating like we’re not even there. I understand it may not always be busy, but it’s still a job and I believe a lot of what they’re doing and not doing on the clock should be a write up.
Now I might add they do get their job done but it isn’t always the best experience.

Love the salads. The Subway in Wal-Mart will make you coffee, but the one near Super-1 claims they cannot. When they’re out of salad bowls, you can order a Protein Bowl instead. Offer coffee regularly & try to offer a low salt sandwich meat.
