Just ate here for the first time today. Apparently its a local chain in spokane. When I ordered I got 3 ground beef tacos which were pretty solid. They were OK, but something was off. I am pretty sure this specific location must have originally been a taco time, because the food and ingredients were identical. Everything was prepared the same way. The tacos tasted the exact same. Other than that the food was decent.

Hello old friend. I grew up with you. As a child of the 80s and teen of the 90s, you were one of my favorite friends. During the millennia, you helped me through nearly every midterm and final. You were a reward to my children in the 2010s. I sent everyone I knew to visit again or meet you for the first time during covid. I just couldn’t lose you the way I did Rocky’s and White Elephant. And you survived. So why is it you aren’t trying any more? You have a product people love. But you need to love yourself the way we do. I think you forgot. These kids working there need to take pride in helping you exist. Teach them who you are. This last year hasn’t been great. The food is there, but not cooked through. The ranch is still spot on, but there isn’t enough to cover the soggy centers of crisp meat burritos and mexitots. And soggy empenadas? Come on, you guys. You’re better than that. You need to shift your focus to quality. We would wait for 2 more minutes to get our nostalgia on. Right now, it’s heartbreaking. Seriously, don’t shatter our memories. Work on quality and presentation– and maybe a friendly face. The kids working there are great, but they aren’t from the OG kids if the golden years of yours. Teach them to smile. Life is too short. With the world the way it is, please. Please try. We need your shining legacy to stay with us, to help us mentally and emotionally survive through a very different world. We love you, Senior Froggy’s. Please start remembering who you are, we do.

No hours posted on building. Paid $15 for a cold small chimichanga and small tots combo meal. Over priced and rude staff complaining they closed in 5 minutes. Again, there are no hours posted therefore I was not aware of their closing time as I just moved to the area. However, there was maybe a spoon full of meat in my chimichanga and a little cheese and that’s it. The majority of the chimichanga was nothing more than tortilla. The overall size, minimal portion within the chimichanga, handful of tator tots and it being cold was not at all worth the price paid. Not to mention the rude service.
A basic taco bell burrito is larger and more filling than this. Not to mention less expensive. We were going to dine in but we were informed they were closing and we would have to leave but if we wanted to eat outside on the curb or in our car they would give us a fork and knife.

Wow!
This used to be a great place to eat in the past when I would come to town. I recommended it to numerous people. Something I will not be doing in the future. Very disappointed.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the cashier with the box braids had a terrible attitude for no reason I’m not sure if she had a tough day which I’m sorry for her and I can empathize with that but she did not need to take it out on her customers who were nothing but nice to her. As soon as we walked in she looked annoyed that we came in instead of going through the drive through she gave me a dirty look from the kitchen and didn’t even greet us. When ordering she would just look at me with an annoyed look and did not give any indication that she was ready to take my order I paid for my order and my mother ordered and she gave her the same annoyed look fast forward to us getting our order she forgot my moms sauces (and mine but I didn’t notice until I got home) which is no big deal but when my mom asked nicely for her sauces the cashier gave an annoyed sigh and rolled her eyes. She made us feel extremely unwelcome which was really disappointing. I look forward to eating senior froggies every time I visit Spokane but I’m not sure I will come to this location anymore if this is how I and my family will be treated. I understand fast food work can be hard and customers can be really mean and entitled I worked in fast food as a teenager for years and her behavior completely unwarranted and unacceptable we did not deserve the treatment she gave us at all. it really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Been going to this location my entire life. I am 37 years old now. This is the soft taco I paid over $4 for. The smallest taco I have ever received and I got two of them.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried here. The wait time is similar to a full sit down restaurant. They seem to be constantly under staffed. 25 minutes to get nachos and a burrito this time. Apparently shift change. And instead of asking whose was on the counter, she left it set. My nachos were soggy and my burrito was cold.

Girl as the window who took my payment/order didn’t seem too happy I was there and they forgot the bottle water I paid for. Also won’t let me buy an extra side of parm like the other locations which was odd…

Ordered two Chimichanga fiesta meals and they forgot the sour cream and guacamole on both of them. They were dry and awful. They also forgot the tacos that are supposed to come with the meals. Pretty disappointing for how ridiculously expensive it was. $43. We could’ve gotten better food at Taco Bell.

Absolutely disgusting. This was my favorite spot in high school & now it’s trash. The mexi fries were inedible. Probably put through the fryer a dozen times. The crisp bean burrito had no taste at all. I’ll never go back there. They actually have a line to tip on the receipt. Lmao- no. No, no, no. Got my mom a mexi fry (same thing- inedible, completely burnt), & a crisp meat burrito. All for $18. Couldn’t eat the mexi fries & only ate about 1/3 of the crisp bean burrito. Nasty. I already threw up once & I’m sure round 2 is coming.
