Service normally amazing but the new lady literally automatically added a $10 tip to my grandmas order of 3 sandwiches. Thankfully she caught it on the card reader before swiping her card. The cashier said the total and then my grandma was like that’s not what’s showing here and she said that was including tip. You should never automatically charger for a tip especially when you don’t know how to cut bread properly yet.

Ordered a sandwich around 2:00 p.m. There were two people working but they didn’t have name tags when was a white lady and one was a black lady. The black lady was very rude had a terrible attitude and it seemed as if she hated her job and was taken out her frustration on the customers. Is it so hard to have a somewhat positive attitude?

Walked in as soon as they open this morning manager Rudely says she is out of eggs then when we try to order different sandwich with white bread again met with attitude, ” I don’t have any white bread garlic herb an cheese or wheat?” Don’t know maybe it is a bad day for her we left and did not order. Been to this location several times never seen this girl before and have usually had a above average experience.

Sandwiches VERY good, this Subway is always super clean with a clean smell then the wonderful smell of your food! ‘ The employees use good hygiene and make great sandwiches. I don’t work for Subway and I don’t know anyone that works there ,therefore this rating is from just a person that loves good food, curtious people, and cleanliness. This doesn’t even deserve a one star. Brownswitch subway is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The bread is either hard as a rock, or crumbling and falling apart. When I asked her for fresh tomatoes, she stood there and argued with me. Oh they are fresh I just cut them myself. Yeah….okay that’s why there mushy. If there not fresh then they were really ripe. My daughter who is five can make a better sub. Employees do way to much playing around, and most certainly should not be arguing with a customer… Very rude…

The order was all messed up. Asked to add jalapenos to one sub. No peppers on the other sandwiches. All had jalapenos added to them. When calling the store the woman we spoke to about order argued with us the order WAS correct. She was very rude and doesn’t need to be dealing one on one with the public. The workers should be more concerned with doing their job and not flirting with the men wanting to go smoke.

I’d like to leave a good review for this subway location, but I can’t. Online it says that they close at 10 PM. We showed up at 8:55 PM one evening and the boy informed us that they were closed. Tonight, we go around 8:44 PM thinking they close at 9…. and the workers are cleaning everything up and the door is locked. So much for the idea of eating from the Subway 2 minutes from my house. Now we have to drive 10. 🙂

I had fast and friendly service, but I ordered two sandwiches and had them toasted but for some reason when my husband and myself took a bite from the sandwiches the bread was very soft and the meat was cold. We only live 2-3 minutes away. Very disappointing.
