Cc Robinson is so rude. She has no patience at all and needs to quit if she’s unhappy with her job. She got upset because I asked for more toppings after I noticed she didn’t put enough. How are you mad because people want their food, which they have to pay for a certain way?! Bad attitude, no patience, terrible customer service.

It was my first time getting the southwest steak wrap from this location and the wrap $10.55 was not worth it..
At the other locations it’s meat overload and worth the price…

The Staff at this Restaurant was friendly, funny, fun and attentive !!! I really left smiling and telling my friend I went in the store with, how impressed the Customer Service was here. I would definitely come back just because of the staff that was on duty.
Plus, I tried a New Sandwich and it was Delicious !!!!!!

Rudest employees ever. I get my family was complaining that they didn’t take the coupons that came in the mail…. However, never in my years have I witnessed someone be so rude as the girl at the counter today. She had the nerves to look at us and tell us our adittude was sucky when all my mother did was mention wow, the $32 we were about to spend was different than what we anticipated with the coupon going into the store. I work customer service and NEVER in my life treated the customer like that even if they were far in the wrong. Little lady, maybe you need to go back to school on some proper etiquette and how to treat you customers. I will never be back after the amount of disrespect I had received. Such a freaking shame people in the world think its ok to act like that in the industry… I get it, customers suck, but get that company the money and be quiet. You treating customers like that is loosing your little franchise some money.

Absolutely one of the best subways around – due completely to the staff. 100%. They are top notch. Super friendly, and they know what they’re doing. I give this location 3 stars only because of the owners. I understand food prices went up because of the pandemic, but I go to subway restaurants all over. The locations owned by this couple still to this day refuse to take the coupons even though the Hammond, Albany, Denham Springs and the 3 locations I go to in New Orleans all accept the coupons. This location isn’t in a bubble – everyone is in the same boat…. so being the only one’s that won’t accept coupons just makes them greedy.

This location does not accept coupons at all. And they won’t say anything until your done order and go to pay. I waited in line for 10 mins placed my order got to the checkout just to find out I had to pay $8 and some change for a 6inch sub. Ridiculous!!!! Why does Subway send out coupons when there stores won’t accept them???

The owners are there quite often and the staff is well trained and friendly. This is always one of the cleanest subways I’ve visited. You won’t find a nicer one nearby, and if you find one equally, it’s probably the same owners.

Employees were more into talking about what needs to been done on the job then servicing customers. Better trained employees that know how to make sandwiches and wraps. I will not return to that location ever again
