Today, I placed an order through the mobile app. I only ordered a 6” sub, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and 1 bag of chips. The order was placed seamlessly, and a family member picked it up and delivered it to me. I checked the bag and my chips were missing; this is not the first time this has happened. I called the store SEVERAL times, and not once did an employee pick up. I was unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full. I asked someone to pick them up for me. I eventually got the chips, but there was no apology or concern for the inconvenience. This is just one example of their poor customer service. I will not be visiting this location for a long time.

It was pretty good except when I told the lady what bread and sandwiches I was getting and while she was getting the bread out the guy that was working the register when I walked in decided to take over and then kept grabbing the wrong bread and then in a snappy way he asked how many sandwiches I was getting. The 5 sandwiches ahead of me was getting cold bc they were toasted and instead of finishing those he decided to take over my order and he being snappy when I would tell him the cheeses that went on them. After he finished putting the meat and cheese on mine, the lady put the veggies on and she even apologized for his attitude and I told her that she didn’t need to apologize for someone else being in a bad mood. Other than the guy’s attitude it was pretty good.

I ordered a footlong meatball sub last night and shared it. We both ended up sick and didn’t even both finish our half. It almost tasted as if the shredded Cheddar cheese mix was old and starting to sour. I’ve called multiple times trying to let them know but nobody will answer the phone. Very disappointed BC I love subway

I’ll start with the food was fine but I’m appalled that the WORKERS (2 out of the 3) were not wearing a mask. If you’re going to put a sign on your door that says “must wear a mask” then id suggest you follow it, at least for your employees.

First of all, takes too long to get to the counter because customers can’t even decide what they want. When I get to the counter the employees take like 5 minutes to get to me, then they ask “ok what kind of bread do you want?” I reply toasted. They put the bread in the oven and then deal with another customer, so the bread stays in the oven longer than it should. Then ANOTHER employee will come up to me like I just got there, asking like “Welcome to Subway’s what would you like?” And I’m just like UUUUGGGGHHH. When ask them for something like onions, they just put one onion like, “More onions please!!” Eventually if I give them a weird combination like, “Can I get mayonnaise with mustard sauce?” They just give me a weird look, like “don’t judge me, I can make my own sandwich!” Moral of the story, Subway’s is great. 11/5
