Although this was a thinner and flimsier crust than I’d prefer, the flavor was incredible. I got a half Breakfast Pie and a side of the garlic butter confit, mostly to dip the excess crust in to get some additional flavor. The woman that took my order was nice, and I received my pizza quickly.

Best pizza I have had in a very long time , we shared the 12in Wild Mushroom $16.95 .
It was delicious!! Great flavours and the crust was perfect, light, crunchy NOT thick and doughy !
We would definitely eat here again.
Thank you pizza chef

We ordered the Hawaiian as recommended by the guy behind the counter. The pizza was fine, just not a personal preference. The crust was really good and the price was very reasonable. Half a pizza for around $10 which gets you 3 slices.

And The Foundry is always a cool atmosphere.

I have come here for the last probably 2 years for pick up for Friday pizza night with the family. We love this place. The pizza is the best in town especially if Neapolitan pizza is your jam. While everything is top notch. The crust/bread is to die for, I would buy that in bulk to eat on its own. Ian Freub and others laude the interesting combos, which are great (particularly the Hawaiian) but the staples of a margherita and or pepperoni is just killer.

Fresh. Delicious. Simple ingredients. Consistent. Generous people. Don’t miss out.

I ordered half and pizza and got a whole – I took that as a challenge. I’m not ashamed to say I ate all but one slice. This pizza was so good! The sauce was so yummy, the crust was excellent, and the pepperonis were FIRE!

Delicious pizza, oddly snarky service. Consider changing your goofy sharpie “sizing” or making it clear on your hard to read angled text menu from what the $9 vs. $15 is since ordering half a pizza is not a thing at 99% of Italian pizza places and/or not rushedly mumbling “what’s the name on the order” at an inaudible volume when I’m not even sure you’ve acknowledged the order. I guess that’s the Missouri vibe – just got off a plane from New York and probably feeling right at home to get quick pizza with a snarky attitude. Came out nice and fast and decent cheese though so I guess as a hungry customer it is what it is. lol

I had the four cheese pizza and added prosciutto. It was absolutely amazing!

The sauce was light and slightly sweet, the crust was the perfect amount of crispy and soft. The prosciutto added just the right amount of salt to balance the sauce.

I had no idea what to expect, and was blown away by how delicious it was.

I would absolutely go back again. It was well worth the price in my opinion.

I hope they one day open another location that’s not at the food hall so it’s more convenient. That being said, despite being extremely busy the pizza came out in a timely manner and was perfectly cooked.

Pizza was good. We ordered the pepperoni, the four cheese (with red sauce and sausage). Both good. Also ordered the Ceasar salad. Was supposed to come with garlic croutons and shaved parmesan. Both this ingredients were missing. Dressing was very good. Also, we asked for forks for the salad. They didn’t have any

The flavor is is good, but the middle is floppy. Wood fired pizza doesn’t need to be this way, and is better when it isn’t. The crust can be tender and still structural enough that it doesn’t have to be folded.
