The owner is hands down a truly good person. I have skepticism over the safety of a delivery I received and not only did he want to remake it he wanted to personally deliver it. I declined and he insisted yet I picked it up my self and he still surprised me with extras and apologized. Ive never seen a chain store more properly ran than theese.

1st instance of going to a subway in a LONG time mainly due to family giving subway gift cards for Christmas. I knocked points off of service bc my food was ready long before it was actually marked ready to pick up…. Which can lead to maybe food not being hot a pick up. Also my cookies I paid for were missing in the pickup bag. Unfortunately I did not try to go back into 190 traffic bc it is notoriously backed up around 3-5 and wasn’t worth fighting traffic for some 1$cookies

STINK, STANK, STUNK is the best way to describe the managers attitude. Why does she have to scream at people to talk to them? Humble yourself. A middleaged woman working at subway. A job meant for highschoolers and entry level workers. Its sandwiches and not that serious. HR needs to get involved expeditiously. This woman is a threat to the community and the name of Subway. She didn’t wear gloves either. Handling bread and toppings with her filthy mits. It wasn’t my sandwhich I was picking up otherwise I would’ve walked out. Sick.

9/18/2025 10:35am When I went into the store after the time, my food was supposed to be ready. I told the old lady with the gray roots and red hair , working my name was Brooke and I’m here for a pick up. She immediately said “that’s not us”. I said OK is this 600 Highway 190 Suite 19 she said yes that’s us but I didn’t get your order. and I stated well here’s my receipt for pick up and she said it didn’t come through on my computer. I can’t do anything for it. I said can you at least make my sandwich and she said no I can’t do anything, with an attitude, just immediately being ugly I was like OK so I go sit down try to find a corporate number to tell them she won’t make my food or give me my food and then I stand up and I show her in my app where it says that the order was picked up and she said it’s not on my computer. I can’t do anything and with an attitude, I asked if there was a manger I could speak with or a corporate number I can call and she said “I am the manager. The only number is the one that’s in there” referring to the subway app. so I go sit down again and i said this is ridiculous and another customer walks past me and says that the worker is being rude isn’t she? I said “she is “well a second employee comes in and the old lady leaves doesn’t tell me that my order finally came through and doesn’t even try to make my sandwich or anything. Just left the empty bag with my order stuck to it by the register. so I try to explain the situation to the employee and asked her if there was a general manger or a number I could call or contact to report this lady and the Employee gets an attitude with me & snaps at me “that is my general manager.” and I said ma’am, I just want my food that Lady refused to make my food , I showed her my receipt and bank statement. and the worker replied “I just woke up 30 minutes ago , and got called in early” and I said “that’s not my problem. And we kind of got into it, & I tell her to just make my food and she replied that if I continued with my attitude that she won’t make my food at all, and I said why are you being rude ? Im the one who is a victim here and she gets defensive and starts yelling at me that she isn’t being rude & that I’m being rude to her &. I stayed calm and I said “look I just want my food, I paid and hav been treated horrible by your manger & I get that you’re frustrated.” We came to an understanding once we both calmed down and I explained the situation and the Employee made my food and she apologized for the manager, not making it and even gave me some free cookies, but that general manager’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable. The employee even told me that she’s afraid of the general manager herself. That’s SHAMEFUL. My co-workers and I are no longer going to go to this subway and instead are going to go to the subway on 2033 N HWY 190 suite 15, Covington. They’re much kinder and they can’t believe how this lady treated me but they said they regularly hear complaints about that Old GM with the glasses.

Food was fresh and everything our only problem is there was HAIR in our subs!!! The employees are not wearing hairnets or washing their hands after playing on their phones or wiping their noses. Totally disgusted and feel sick to my stomach.

Below was while waiting for them to open because the hours posted are incorrect. They open at 9:00 on Saturday. The woman behind the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. She apologized for my wait because of the posted hours not being correct and asked questions several times to ensure my order was correct. The store was clean and well stocked (chips, cookies, etc.). I would gladly give 5 stars if I hadn’t wasted an hour waiting outside because the hours were not updated because apparently they haven’t opened at 8:00 since Covid.

Would be able to provide a full review if I could go inside. Hours online and on the door show they open at 8:00. We have been waiting 15 minutes (it’s now 8:15) and there is no sign of life inside. UPDATE: It’s now 8:20 and someone showed up. Cancel the search party and call off the dogs. UPDATE #2: It is now 8:50 and the doors are still locked. I am so glad that I didn’t place an online order.

The employees at this subway do not change their gloves, not even between different customers. They did not acknowledge me when I walked in to pick up my online order that was sitting on the counter behind them, so I waited in line for nothing, and my order was wrong (2 out of 3 sandwiches). The lady handed me my bag with sauce all over it from SOMEONE ELSE’S sandwich because, again, they did not change their gloves one time while I was in there. As a former subway employee, I am just amazed at how many careless mistakes were made. They need to pay attention to what they’re doing, if they still want business. I will not return to this store.

The two sandwich artists that work consistently, were both on staff today and did a terrific job as they always do.
Fast, friendly.
At approximately 2:30 today, a store manager or owner came in and loudly berated these two staff members while there were customers in the building. She spoke in a very condescending way regarding how “they don’t do things like that here”.
As a customer (and a GM of a high volume restaurant) I can report that the store was clean and mostly stocked.
In any restaurant, there’s always room for improvement. However, the tone that was displayed was not consistent with anything that required immediate attention.
She was rude. And if you’re curious why there is a “Now Hiring” sign in the window, it’s because of terrible leadership.

My husband did a mobile order for lunch for us and our three kids. 5 sandwiches total. My oldest and I walked in to wait while my husband and our other two waited in the car. As soon as we walked in the lady was tearing off the order ticket and immediately rolled her eyes in disgust, I’m assuming because she had to start on five sandwiches. She then asked me and my son if we were ordering or picking up. I said we were picking up. She then said with an attitude “You’re going to have to wait for me to make them! This just came in!” We weren’t in any rush. We were okay with waiting, but the attitude and disgust in this woman’s voice was enough for me to walk outside because she was making my blood boil. There’s no need for the attitude! I waited for her to be done and then walked back inside to help my son with the drinks and all. She had the nerve to give me a nasty look as we were leaving. I get that she might have been having a bad day, but there’s no need to catch an attitude with a customer like that. So rude!
