I do NOT care for this particular Subway. They are very stingy. What I mean by stingy is I only get pickles on my sandwich an sometimes a thin line of Mayo depending on the type of sandwich. 9 outta 10 I get the spicy Italian. A thin line of Mayo and pickles and cheese. I don’t get it toasted either. So when I ask for pickles I ask for pickles,extra pickles and more pickles. They put around 7 on a 6″. I then have to repeat myself extra pickles. They add another 5. I can see in gettin eyeballed by the cashier fella and he tells her something in their language. So I feel like he’s telling her no more but I then tell her I said EXTRA pickles. She add maybe 6 more. I then say whatever. Cause

I quit going to Subway in my hometown as it had just gone downhill. Pulled in to town late and wanted a light supper. I agreed to give it a chance. Soooo glad I did! It was so good that I suggested it the next night!

Food was great, but I do have to say the service was not with a smile or friendly his hands were shaky fairly young black man I even put effort into getting a friendly smile but I left wondering if he was sick or nervous or just didn’t like what he was doing, but I left thinking next time I want a subway sandwich I ‘ll go to the one at Wal-Mart. This was my first time at the one u are asking about. He did a good job with the sandwich but not sure he is good with public relations.

waited 10 mins (literally) for someone to come to the counter to take my order. There was no one in drive thru and no one else inside. when the lady finally came to the counter there was no smile or greeting or apology for my wait even though I made an effort to be polite and friendly. Just kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

I’m a regular customer at this location through the Drive thru. I went today and service was fast (now I know why)The only thing I have a complaint about is that I ordered more on my sandwich (didn’t get it and wasn’t charged.) Where was the meat that DOES go on it.and… I expect my order right the first time.I can’t believe I even tipped without looking at my food first! There was No one inside the place,No one behind me in the Drive though! They ran out of bread that I wanted early in the day (n a Friday!) A new person took my order,she wrote it down. What’s the point. This restaurant has been going down for a while now. I should have got my sick butt out at the Wal-Mart and had them prepare my food after eating soup for a week!! I was assuming that I could at least eat something I wanted! I’ve given this place so many chances as a local. I’m really fed up. Go to the Wal-Mart one if you want good food.

We ordered 4 sandwiches at the drive thru. No one was in line or at the counter inside. It took them over 12 minutes to make the sandwiches. On top of that, they did not have enough meatballs to make the 2 meatball sandwiches we ordered. Then they informed us they were out of the cheese mix and could offer us American.
