This place was awful. Did mobile app order for 5 subs. Ordered chicken bacon ranch, flatbread toasted with everything but 2 items and the cold sub only had ranch, chicken, pickles, banana peppers! All food that was ordered was cold and came out 20 minutes late. One sub was ” not available” but we paid for it, no refund issued. When I call to see what can be done about this issue, I was hung up on. Very unprofessional.

Don’t order online they don’t know how to read a receipt and act up and talk the whole time took 5 minutes to grab a cup from the front because they couldn’t interrupt there conversation the young black female with long dreads was doing her job the rest older were setting no examples and act like they don’t care I called and let them know my order was wrong and just hung up in my face because they couldn’t take the responsibility unprofessional.

Pulled up to a subway at 8:30 that had a sign saying close at 9. Door was locked. Then said drive through only from 8-9. Thought, thats ignerant, but OK. Drove around, sat at the speaker, no answer, went to the windows. Blocked off with cardboard. Then pulled back around ans some children going in and out of the building told me “they were closed”. So, apparently the workers decide when they want to close ans not the owner. May wanna get a grasp on this shitty service. I mean, I know it is Donaldsonville but At least try

The person is drivethru had thee worst attitude! She just opened the window & looked at me to place my order. I placed my order, paid, she handed me the food never said thank you. Instead as I was putting away my food she opened the window to ask did I need something else? I’m assuming because I was still at the window . Very rude, no customer service skills at all, I did try calling the number on my receipt to speak to the manager. I do not want anything in return, it’s just a shame how as I customer I felt so unwanted or as if my order was such an inconvenience.

It’s a Subway and it’s a good one. There were 5 ladies working the counter so I didn’t have to wait in line long. I got a chicken bacon ranch and I think they put more chicken than any of the others I’ve ever been to.

A family member brought me home a sub recently. Not wanting my sandwhich toasted, I naturally assumed I that they would heat the meat prior to putting it on the sandwich, so I had an ice cold Rotisserie Chicken sandwich!!! If I had ordered steak, would they have given me a cold steak sandwich since I did not want it toasted? This review is only in the hope to make this a learning opportunity for the staff. Please provide better training for your staff. That would be of great benefit to the staff and customer. Usually we have no problems at this location and pleasanttly pleased when we go there.

It’s a Subway I absolutely love it! But some of the staff is unfriendly and sometimes seems like you are a bother. A few of the staff I love they are so sweet and friendly and act like they care! The man who takes the money is always sweet. Maybe a staff meeting on how to treat customers.

Everything is updated for social distancing. The counter is shielded with plexiglass. Floor markers for 6ft distance and the lobby is currently closed for dining in. The staff were friendly and efficient. I received the in and out experience that I wanted. I ordered the Meatball Marinara footlong sandwich and it was good. All the ingredients seemed to look and taste fresh.

In a town with few vegan-friendly dining options, Subway was a welcome oasis. Although the staff seemed confused by my ordering a sandwich without any meat or dairy (Veggie Delite to the rescue!), they were friendly, quick, and it tasted as wonderfully as I remember. Sometimes simple is best.
