Friendly service and very delicious food! We ordered the taro bubble tea, the Viet coffee, egg rolls, and 3 entrees (2 bowls of pho and 1 bowl of bun thit nuong). Everything was incredibly flavorful. Happy to see that the restaurant was packed for their soft opening, and we were waited on quickly. Very thoughtful details from the decor to the menu and the utensils. Thank you for a great first meal! Very excited to have a Viet restaurant in Simpsonville now!

We stopped in for lunch on their soft opening day! The food was truly delicious. My husband and I moved to Simpsonville from Tampa, FL a couple of years ago, and have been searching for our go-to Vietnamese spot. This takes the cake hands down!
[Not pictured] the fresh rolls (spring rolls) were refreshing, and the ratios were perfect. We were so excited to eat them we forgot to take a picture before diving in. If you haven’t tried these – add them to your order!
I got a pork vermicelli bowl. The pork was seasoned very well and had great texture. Love their fish sauce and the portion was perfect. My husband ordered the broken rice with Lemongrass chicken. Again, the flavor of the chicken was 10/10.
We didn’t try the Pho or Coffees this time around, but we will be back very soon + often! Bonus points for the clean and comfortable atmosphere, as well as the soft enjoyable music.

Was served DIRTY cups. White stuff on the outside, and black specks in the water. I ordered the beef pho with brisket. I was given maybe 2 pieces of brisket and 5 pieces of beef. Meat was VERY thin and it lacked flavor. As well as the broth. The broth was dark brown. I’ve NEVER been severed pho with broth that dark. The service was pretty poor. and the woman waitressing the food only came to check on us when it was time for payment. At the end, when I went to use the restroom, there was hair all on the floor. I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience at “Soul Phõ Cafe”.

Ordered carry out, shrimp spring roll and 2 steak pho. I got chicken spring roll, no shrimp in them and they are so tiny for the price. The pho came with a lemon not a lime and 2 small leaves of basil, i feel gipped. Definitely not worth $17 for 1 pho. I also asked for extra hoisin sauce and still only got 1 packet. This is not a good experience for soft opening

Just tried this for the first time tonight. The food was delicious. My husband and I had the egg rolls and rare steak pho. The broth is very good and the egg rolls are by far the best we’ve had since moving here from out of state. Definitely recommend. They have only had their soft opening so their menu items are slightly limited but still so worth it. We’ll be regulars to this place I’m sure!

I ordered some appetizers (spring rolls and chicken wings) and they both heavily disappointed. Springrolls are supposed to be a very easy dish but they managed to make them so bad I couldn’t finish one roll. The rice paper is rubber chewy, and yet the inside kept falling apart as they stuffed too much cabbage in there, which does not even belong in authentic spring roll recipe. (Pork belly is supposed to br in the recipe was missing in the rolls btw) The chicken wings were slightly better, crispy and well seasoned, but the meat had a funky smell that makes me feel like either it wasn’t fresh or was improperly prepared. My husband and I were excited when we saw the advertising photos and video clips on Facebook but unfortunately the food was not like the photos at all.
