I usually eat here and don’t have issues with the food. I use online order so I don’t have to deal with the workers cause they usually have some sort of attitude. But today I got the sweet onion chicken sandwich and found some kind of bone in it? Y’all all know the chicken that’s in that sandwich and ain’t a single bone in it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway. I ordered a sandwich and found a hair inside it—clearly not mine. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, the woman who made the sandwich (and whose hair it appeared to be) was incredibly rude. She refused to remake the sandwich or offer a refund, showing zero concern for hygiene or customer service.
This is unacceptable. Basic food safety and respectful service should be a given. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses this serious issue before more customers have the same experience.

The person didn’t know the sandwich, when I saw she was going to miss the Garlic sauce she was took a deep breathe (frustrated) I then cashed out with someone else and instead it handing me the sandwich he pushed it towards me and looked to help the next customer…. my card was even out of the machine and the receipt was still

This place is filthy. There’s gnats flying everywhere and all over the food and they aren’t doing anything to get it under control. They are just swatting the bugs in front of customers and over the food. very nasty, wouldn’t recommend.
