I ordered flatbread for my sandwich on the app and when I received my sandwich , I had Italian bread. I don’t like their Italian bread because it’s always hard it’s never fresh at this store .They told me that flatbread was discontinued. If it was if it was discontinued, it shouldn’t be an option and then they refused to give me my refund. I through the sandwich away.

I ordered online because it’s literally across from my job. The lady that was preparing my sandwich was just throwing the veggies on the bread along with too much salt and pepper. When she realized I was looking she tried to act as though she cared. Needless to say I was disappointed and will not return.

Ordered through the app like I normally do. Went and picked up my order. Got back to work to find out that it was completely wrong. They ignored my request and put whatever they wanted on it. Couldn’t even eat the sandwich because I’m allergic to onions. Went back and got a refund but they are highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Will never eat her again.

Watched a customer greet the miserable worker who refused to greet her back. Customer literally said hello twice and worker ignored her. This occurred 12/17/24 at 2.20 pm. The customer picked up her order and wished the worker a better day. My colleague and I left. We’d never give our business to a place that hires mean spirited workers. She should be fired immediately.

I ordered through the app and picked up in store. Upon arriving, i ordered another sandwich through the app that was for some reason immediately voided, but i had spent my LAST to get a coworker some lunch, as she couldn’t afford it herself. I asked the older gentleman at the counter if he could help, and was met with nothing but RUDENESS AND DISREGARD. I work for the city and eat there all the time, so it’s no reason for him to treat me that way. He didn’t let me explain why I even needed assistance, he simply cut me off and yelled that he had no order, pushing aside my concerns as my money was taken, but I was given no sandwich and no reason as to why it canceled. At that time, a black woman with short hair walked behind him and stood there and gave me the nastiest look, as if to intimidate me. I simply said, God Bless You both, and left. By far the worst subway experience I have ever had, thanks to them.

The customer service was good but the quality of food was below average. The chicken were really soggy and had a weird taste. Veggies seems somewhat fresh.

This subway is right across the street from my job where a lot of professionals and business ppl are but the customer service needs improvement! This is my least favorite subway because of what I just said. This could be a great subway location but the hospitality needs to be much better!

Good food and standard offering. This Subway is part of a food court so they had more extra items to choose from. Such as a large pizza.
