A Game Night Gone Wrong: High Price for a Hair in My Food
Food Mob came highly recommended by friends who praised its unique combination of unlimited wings and a wide array of games. And indeed, the atmosphere for a game night is phenomenal. They have a fantastic collection of board games and card games, from classic party games to strategy-heavy ones that could keep you occupied for hours. We were also excited to see a corner dedicated to consoles, featuring a classic arcade game and a setup with a PS3, Xbox, and Nintendo games. This is truly a great concept and a fun place to be with friends.
Unfortunately, our positive experience ended there. The food and service were a complete disappointment, and the problems were compounded by a shocking discovery.
First, the service was agonizingly slow and lacked any sense of urgency. For an “unlimited” wings and pasta joint, you expect a consistent flow of food, but we had to repeatedly get the attention of the staff to get refills. There was a noticeable indifference from the servers, who moved at a glacial pace, leaving us to feel like we were an inconvenience. The waiting time between orders was so long that we spent more time waiting for food than actually eating.
This lack of service was made even more offensive by the expensive service charge on our bill. Paying a premium for such inattentive and slow service felt like a total rip-off. It’s one thing to have a service charge for good service, but to be charged for having to constantly plead for your food is unacceptable.
But the absolute worst part of the night was a major food safety issue. In the middle of enjoying one of the chicken wings, a friend of mine pulled a small strand of hair out of their mouth. It was clearly cooked into the batter. This is not only disgusting but also a serious hygiene concern. We immediately alerted the staff, who, true to form, showed little concern or apology. They simply took the wing away and offered to replace the order, but the damage was already done. The sight and thought of hair in our food completely ruined our appetite and left us feeling sick.
Finding hair in your food is a non-negotiable health code violation and shows a severe lack of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards. Given this disgusting discovery, paired with the slow, uncaring service and an unearned service charge, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Food Mob. The games are fun, but no amount of entertainment is worth compromising on basic food safety and hygiene. I would strongly advise people to find a different place for their game and food cravings.

Food was really good, but when it comes to the service. Hella slow, brought my friends here last month and the staffs were really nice and all but they really lack the priority to literally feed their customers. We ordered consecutively after receiving the previous order since we’ve noticed that their service is slow. But still, it took 30-45mins before we got every order. Frustratingly enough, that time they also ran out of gas and had to wait for them to buy another can. We started around 7:30 and finished eating around past 10. It was a really unsatisfying experience since I dont know what to feel since I really liked the food, but I didnt get to enjoy the food itself because of waiting too long per order.

Went here for my birthday and availed unliwings. Apparently it is only unli for 2 hours and we cannot take advance orders and each batch takes 30 minutes to serve. Absolutely ridiculous rules on top of a very small staff.

Staff wasn’t accommodating and was on his phone the whole time. We were the only customers but we had to go out of the room every time to get his attention. Also wasn’t welcoming, parang ayaw pa ata nandun kami. Was on his phone all the time.
It was around 1hr palang when the staff told us na last order na daw kasi may “1 hr time limit” daw. We chatted the FB page and they replied that 2 hrs daw ang time limit for the unli. Had a whole fiasco pa with the staff kasi wag daw kami makinig sa sinabi ng page?

The food was decent naman. However, the service really needs some attention. We found ourselves constantly having to ask for basic items like food gloves, tissues, our drinks refill, and even the menu since it wasn’t in the table. We were asked also if wala ba kaming nakitang gloves sa table. Mind you, he was the one who waited us to our table. It felt like we had to prompt the staff for everything, which made the experience less enjoyable since all staffs were on another location and we needed to stand up and go outside just to follow up on something. Also, there’s like a separate service charge (which was not indicated on their menu) that made the experience less worth it.

Went for their unli wings+pasta. Our server was very accomodating and didn’t take too long with our orders. There are better wings out there (a little overcooked for our taste and some of the flavors were a bit bland), but the overall experience was quite enjoyable. Clean tables, decent food, and good entertainment. Glad we gave this place a chance despite the negative reviews. Would recommend going at off-peak hours on a weekday for the best experience.

I recently visited this establishment and was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the greasy floors, which were a clear sign of poor maintenance. The tables were sticky and messy, making it an unpleasant experience even before the food arrived. Speaking of which, the food was salty and rubbery, a nightmare to eat. It was definitely not worth the money. Most of the dishes were a miss. What really put me off, though, was the lack of any protective equipment in the kitchen. It’s concerning to think about the hygiene standards when basic safety measures aren’t followed. Another things is the payment process was a hassle. They don’t accept GCash at that time and when I tried paying with cash, they had no change, not even a peso in the register. Keep in mind, I’m not the first customer they had. I wont be returning.

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was painfully slow—we waited over an hour just to get cold, tasteless food that looked nothing like the photos. The menu was full of false advertising, and the actual dishes were bland and poorly presented. The place wasn’t even clean, with sticky tables and a questionable smell in the air. Save your time and money—go literally anywhere else.

the food is very good no doubt. Downside lang is the shop is short staffed there were only 3 staff there (server included) so expect na food comes out late at times. You also only get a time limit of 1 hour which I thought was short at first but nabusog naman yung group of 10 namin.

i’ll get to the point. the place had weirdly shiny floors that seemed oily to my judgment, and the tables feel sticky for some reason. the servers BARELY look at their customers’ tables, always had to call for their attention. the games were meh, the place was SO SMALL, once the table near the arcade has been occupied, you might not be able to access it for it’s so enclosed.
i would recommend this place to people who’d LOVE to waste their money just to eat mediocre food, and “enjoy” playing games here. the wings were alright, cant say they were good, and their pasta, it’s like pasta rubbed with sauces (they only had TWO flavors of pasta).
