I made an online order here once and then the next time I made an order I did not change my location and it got sent to this one again so I called to let him know not to make it and when I did, he told me to stop by whenever I could to get the two sandwiches I ordered. Fast-forward a month and a half I place an online order and again didn’t change my location so it came to this one when I called him. He remembered me and told me to come get all three of my sandwiches. So today I did! He was super nice, helpful and accommodating!

I have always received good quality subs from this store until recently. I don’t know if it’s under new management or they have new staff but the last 2 times I have ordered the food has been terrible! Both times I ordered double meat and not only did I not get double I don’t think I even got a single portion. There was NO cheese what so ever. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this store. Waited in line for about 15 mins, one person there. Then for them to only have 1 bread type and ask to take the person in back of us. After we have been waiting in line. That place is not inviting and terrible service. Never want to go back to there. I stopped eating subway for a reason. Dont go to the subway at 303 West esplanade Ave in Kenner.

The male cashier showed friendly and kind behavior, and employees always strive to provide a good experience. However, during my visit a few weeks ago, the fountain drink machine was out of order, and I was charged for a 20 oz bottle instead. But we found a solution for that inconvenience. One area for improvement would be to keep items like lettuce and tomatoes fresher. If they ensure the fountain drink machine is working consistently, avoid overcharging for bottled drinks when it’s not, and maintain freshness, they could receive even better reviews. To be honest, the cashier did his best, and I’ll consider coming back in the future; with a few tweaks, the experience could be even better.

I had such a great experience at the Subway in Kenner! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. They greeted me with a smile and even asked how my day was going—something you don’t always get at fast food spots, and it really made a difference.
While they prepared my order, we chatted a bit, and it felt like I was more than just another customer. They paid attention to the details, made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it, and even checked in before wrapping up my sandwich to see if I needed anything else.

Never again at this location. Out of two experiences, somehow they’ve managed to get my sandwich wrong both times. Despite actively saying what to put on it. And zero offer to remake or fix it. They also told me that mozzarella and provolone are the same cheese with different names.
