This is not my usual location and this will be the last time I go to this location as well. On arriving the man was not friendly. I ordered my sandwiches and told him the items I wanted in my sandwich and when I asked for extra banana peppers, he told me “ NO ! We do not do extra ! “ I told him I’d pay for extra he said “there is no extra button!” I have never been told this at any location I have ever been in. I only get lettuce tomatoes and bananas peppers on my sandwich so I don’t see why a little extra peppers is a big deal.
I ordered my food and sat down and he has been in the back watching his phone because you can hear whatever he is watching because it’s very loud. The store is very dirty, the floors are disgusting and sticky. I work in the service industry and customer is just as important as your product. I hope something be done. He is not the person you want running a shift by himself. He will bring down sales. He also has his dirty bike inside by the eating area and his stuff out all over the table. His personal hygiene is also questionable Thank you.

I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes around 11:20 a.m. on January 10 without my order being taken. When I drove around, I noticed an employee inside and no other customers, yet no service was provided.

Usually this is my go to place but today I asked for white bread i toasted and watched her pull out the burntest bread ever and i looked behind her in the bread case and all of the white bread was the same. i mean how can you serve someone burnt bread. i said something about it and she just looked at me and continued making my sandwich ♀️ hardest sandwich i ever ate but other than that it’s a good place.

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to give it when it’s due. I went to get breakfast today (2/1/2023) I was greeted very kindly. She paid attention to detail and neatly prepared my food. Also wrapped my sandwich in foil and sealed it so it would stay hot. I haven’t received preparation like this before . Thank you for starting off my day ‼️ 10/10 I recommend this location.

The young lady who open store that morning was very patience with me, because I was in there for my 7 year old grandson an had no ideal what I was ordering even though he tried explaining. However the young lady was very courteous.

Entered subway and I was pleasantly greeted by two employees, Malik & Keyonna at the front counter. It was so refreshing to encounter employees at an establishment with exceptional customer service. That’s not either angry, mean mugging & unprofessional
and don’t want to be there. I wasn’t rushed and they were engaging whilst still effectively working on my order. Then a lady walked out front from working in the back and I asked was she the manager. She was equally polite. Her name was Shannon, I complimented her staff & informed her that her crew is absolutely amazing, & that employees will only be as effective & professional as she is. I recommend that Subway if you’re ever in the area. The place was clean & the bread was fresh. Don’t forget to get the cookies. Lol.
