I am very frustrated with this location I’ve been about 3 or 4 times because I work in the area.. It is very disheartening that you would serve stale hard pizza and hard dry bread sticks. No one has money to waste in this economy. You would not eat this but you are fine serving it. I did not have time to bring it back I was on a break from work but this is not the first time I’ve had bad service at this location. It was 9:15pm. The crew on this shift sucks and the owner needs to do something about it. Don’t waste my money!

Ordered online for pick up, email confirmation received of my payment and order to be ready 15 mins later… when I arrived doors Locked with no one inside…hours posted on door and online say they open at 11 and it is now noon…30 mins now after my order was supposed to be ready. No one is answering when I call. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS and payment if you are not open or planning to open when scheduled to. I specifically ordered online for ease and quickness…now I have to waste more time cancelling this order and getting food somewhere else. AWFUL !! Not how you run a business!

Update: It is 07/12 and my family members that ate the pizza are still sick, myself included. Symptoms include nausea, fever, chills, body aches, gas and diarrhea. Only those of us that ate the pizza are sick. Health Department advised they will be following up with us next week.
My family and I got food poisoning from this location. Picked up a pizza on 07/08 and by the next day, everyone that ate from that pizza started having food poisoning symptoms: stomach cramping, nausea, and non-stop diarrhea. It’s been 2 days and the symptoms still have not subsided. We were able to verify that it IS the pizza making us sick, as the only people in our household that are sick are the ones that ate the pizza. We will be reporting this location to the county health department and escalating to corporate to help prevent other customers from getting sick.

Terrible pizza I ordered a lunch combo and the pizza had to be a day old there’s no way the crust is stale and sauce is dried up on a fresh pizza especially when I got the pizza 1 hour after they opened don’t belleville the 5star reviews they are fake. Just the smell the pizza gave off you can tell it was not made today.

Wasn’t sure if the place was open or had mechanical issues because the lights were off when I walked in at 4pm. Asked the girl with a bunch of nose piercings if the place was open after saying hello and received the coldest “whats yur order” (instead of, you know, an actual response) I’ve ever received. Wanted the stuffed crust but she started charging out the transaction immediately so I figured forget it. Zero communication skills. To top it off, the pizza was the most dried out, cardboard trash I’ve ever gotten from a Little Caesars ever.

Here now passed opening time and the door is still locked, employees inside looking to see if we were still waiting outside the locked door after opening time with kids… Situations like this can become dangerous, either from an upset costumer or an employee acting out.

Little Caesars normally wouldn’t get a review. But two things were review worthy on this day. Thanks to a 1/2 day for Birmingham schools there was a noon pizza ask… Upon pulling into the parking lot and seeing a crowd place with a line nearing the door I realized my child wasn’t the only with this thought AND it was actually what’s a normal lunch rush.
There was one employee. I wish I knew her name to give her full credit. She ran a one woman triangle offense from the register to washing her hands to making orders… She chopped that line down though it kept coming. In days long ago since the pandemic people shortage… She understood she was at work. She wasn’t snippy with anyone and didn’t appear to be overwhelmed or unhappy…. She did what she had to and did it well.
And that brings me to the end…. My son bite into the pizza(the one that was made by the one woman show) and said this is amazing! So I tried it….I agreed…I wouldn’t call Ceasars amazing but for what it is, it was possibly the best Ceasars I’ve tasted since the 90s!
