I visit the subway and Haddon Blvd., Lapalco. The first one I went to had no wheat bread. This was the second one they had the wheat bread, but upon making my chicken salad sandwich I noticed there wasn’t really any chicken salad on the bread. The young man assured me that it was, Three scoops upon leaving the restaurant and returning home I proceeded to open the bag and this is what I found lots of trimmings but not much chicken salad at all won’t there ever again

I Walked in with a coupon for a $8.99 footlong combo. I told “Mrs. V” that i would be using a coupon after being greeted. She asked to see it and at a glance she said i could not use it because it was expired. I said no MaM i just got that from my mailbox. She said with an attitude “LOOK ITS EXPIRED”. Upon looking she was INcorrect the expiration is in September and we are in August (RED FLAG #1)
Thankfully she apologized for her oversight and proceeded to make my sandwich. After making the sandwich she now tells me that she can NOT take the coupon because they are out of small cups! I asked to speak to the manager because i came to pay the price of the coupon that im presenting. She then walked away from the counter (for a long time) and apparently called the manager. Upon returning she said the manager told her that i could pay for a larger drink or leave without the sub. After a bit of laughter from me i asked, “May i just fill the medium cup half way as to not take more than a snall size cup amount of soda”? She replied with a FirM NOOOOO!
Then i said, “This is strange that Yall would rather loose the dollars from me not purchasing the already made sandwich (and throw it away) than loose a few cents over a FOUNTAIN DRINK ?
She said, “YES, i have to follow what my boss said”
I left and went to the Popeyes located in the same parking lot for my lunch!!!
*The MORAL to this review is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The owner/manager obviously doesn’t value the customers.
***BOTH Subways on Manhattan Blvd are owned by the same person, so they both locations just lost a customer (and maybe a few more that read this review)

Zero stars!!! Put in a mobile order, went to pick it up just for them not to be there. The open sign was still lit up, food was laid out, but doors were locked!! I called over 10 times. Banged on the LOCKED DOOR after 30 minutes I gave up. This is extremely unprofessional. At least turn off the open sign or leave a note at the door saying “be back soon”. Kicks part of it all, my online order went through and said “ready for pick up” :/

Can literally go ANYWHERE else for better service. I feel so bad for this franchise. They won’t tell you they don’t have something.. up to you to figure out how to get a refund cause the staff doesn’t know how..

My experience was not pleasant at all. None of the customers behind me in the line wasn’t observing the six feet distance. My child’s pizza was made incorrectly and was thrown together. The cheese stuck to the pizza box instead of the pizza when she opened it. My sandwich was ok; I had better from other locations. They was all over the place like the three stooges and was unorganized including the Owner. The lemonade is out and the Coca-Cola is flat. I was in there to too long just for my simple order. I will not ever return!

AWFUL! Just like the Harvey Blvd location. Customer service and quality. Go to JIMMY JOHNS!!! Do not spend your money here OR the location at Harvey Blvd. I don’t know what other locations is under this ownership, but do yourself a favor and believe the reviews!

My daughter and I went to this subway this evening around 6:30 or so and I must say I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the inside was and how friendly and polite the 2 young men working were. They greeted us as soon as we entered and they were very professional and polite. It’s nice to see that some young people still have southern manners and professionalism as such a young age. I will definitely be back to this store more often.

This subway is only good if you go in and watch how they prepare your food. If you order online they always get it wrong. The problem there is the owner/manager who wants to help and she can’t. She doesn’t know her own menu. She cannot follow instructions. But that is my experience with managers and owners; they are no help to their own business.
