I used to love this subway so much but unfortunately they are using store brought ingredients and thinking they can pull it off I guess to save money but it tastes awful. Some of the items are still legit but you can see and taste the difference of what’s subway brand or not. If you cannot afford the brands real ingredients you shouldn’t be franchise it.

This new Subway with a drive-thru is great! The building is super clean and looks brand new. The service was really fast, and the staff was friendly. I got my food quickly, and it was fresh and tasty. I also love that they stay open late—it’s perfect when you’re hungry at night. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t usually leave reviews unless it was particularly good or bad. Let me just say all the customer service I’ve had of all chains has been terrible since I moved here 4 months ago, except for this subway.
I in fact stopped eating subway for years cause the quality went way down, but after having a spontaneous urge I decided to give it another shot. This was the only open location on memorial Day evening, and I’m so glad I went.
The store was clean, the staff was kind, the service was excellent, and the sandwich.. the most important part, did not disappoint. It was fantastic and brought me back to the good days of Subway’s prime.
They were out of the herbs and cheese bread but that’s life. People who leave bad reviews based on ingredients running out are clowns and never worked a service job in their life.
All and all I am very pleased and will gladly make the drive across town just for this location.

Always came to this location because they are always fresh, but I went this time doing a mobile order ahead of time. They claimed they never received the order and I showed them so much to prove I did even my own transaction on my bank account. They claimed there was nothing they can do and that my money would be refunded in one hour. I told them I did order ahead of time and if that was the case I would’ve been had my money back and I stated that to them. They told me there was nothing I can do and not even help me. Will clearly never come back into this location because they did not try to accommodate me once or even say sorry after showing so much proof I purchased. Seems like they threw out the receipt and wanted to keep the money!

What happened to the old workers? I went today and the service was HORRIBLE!!! The guy was rushing for no reason I was the only one in line. I asked for my bread to be toasted two time like I always do and the sandwich came out like this (picture below) . The sandwich wasn’t even cut all the way.

This has been my best Subway experience. The couple who took our orders were incredibly kind and serviceable. They went the extra mile to leave a high-quality imprint, and that made our day! To make things better, the first thing we noticed is how impeccable the store was. Clean tables, clean bathrooms, clean windows. We will come back to this location specifically. Thank you for holding a high standard. Bravo Zulu!

The other subways in the area are slow and take 15-20 mins just to make a ham on 6 inch with Mayo only. THIS PLACE THO?! Super fast. Love this place. Customer service is top tier. The man behind the counter today was so friendly (and fast). The place is clean and neat. Will forever only come to this subway. 10/10
