Came in with coupon. Wanted one sandwich. It’s not available on coupon. Doesn’t say that. So then we have an issue with worker. Said we disrespected her. Maybe you need different jib if you think that was disrespect. Never had issue at any other Subway anywhere across country.

Came in with my son this morning after a dentist appointment, the lady that was working this morning came out to take our order, when I ordered a breakfast bmt she told me no, she couldn’t do that because there was no way to ring me up. I had explained to her that I used to manage a few subways back in my day, and that I knew that she was bluffing. She refused to make my sandwich! It’s subway, you can MAKE IT HOW YOU WANT. I will not be returning to this store, and instead will just return to my own subway in alliance, where customer service is exceptional and they will make anything I want. I didn’t mind spending the extra money, but after she argued with me, even my 8 year old said he’s rather wait an hour to get good service. Disappointed and do not recommend this place!

Located on the main restaurant street (27th Street) this Subway does typically have better service and quality ingredients than the Monument Mall location. While during peak hours there can be a line to the door if you avoid those times you can get through with multiple sandwiches relatively quick. Nice chip selection usually and soda is good. Also they do have very tasty ice cream options you can have for dessert. Nice location and staff is usually pretty friendly. Seating is a bit limited but there is a section in the middle with higher chairs. Maintained pretty well. One of our more consistent places to eat in Scottsbluff.

I always love Subway, but this store is exceptional. First, it’s the CLEANEST Subway I’ve ever seen, even the bathrooms. Also the staff are friendly, fast and thorough, even during the lunch rush. I wish every Subway store in the chain were as welcoming and efficient!
