Girl named by Brooke was super rude won’t be going there again brought kids in to get there own sandwiches and she was mad that they were all getting something different and just giving attitude then threw my sandwiches in the bag I spent over 60 dollars on and I asked for manger and she said I have to talk to her first and wouldnt give me the name of the manger

Just went into Subway and the fist time that I have gone in and been so disappointed. Gave a two star because the service with the first sandwich went well. But the second one got worse. First she pulled out bread and pieced it together. Then did put what I asked for on the sandwich and toasted it in a bag. So I asked for lettuce , Mayo, and tomato. Which she said she cannot do once it’s been toasted. So after 5 minutes of going back and forth. She finally did what I requested. Then put the sandwich back in the bag with stuff falling out of it and lettuce all over the outside of the bag. And gave it to me like that. Thankful the look did not affect the taste.

Sad my post 4 years ago was 5 stars and “good, always fast service”. My family and I went there tonight and there were 2 young girls working. My fiancé ordered a meatball sub and asked the meatballs be toasted. They did but apparently not near long enough. The meatballs were cold! I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and had it toasted, took a bite, extremely cold!!! I thought it was decent service until one of their (I’m assuming boyfreinds) walked in and then all service went to hell. Our sandwiches were just tossed together to get us out of there. Last meal I’m buying in there for a very long time.
