Absolutely horrible customer service! We went in for supper on 7-26-25 and there were no other customers there, my son got his order in and then the two workers just started talking while my husband and I waited. My husband finally had to ask if the workers needed a minute as they weren’t helping us. There was another couple who came in after us and waited 15 minutes or so before one of them went looking for the workers. Gotta do better!

I am in town visiting my family and I stopped in because the sandwiches are pretty good. The sandwich was good and the person who made my sandwich was nice. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and it looks like the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time–multiple ring stains present, and no soap in the soap dispenser.

Both sandwiches we ordered were made wrong. Had to go back in to get the cookie we ordered. And then cookie was undercooked and soggy. When asked for a refund we were blown off. We have gone here several times, and the food continues to get worse every time. Don’t waste your money here.

Not very busy and we waited in line for a long time! The girl working is not good at multitasking! She needs to focus more on making the sandwiches and talk less! A guy came in and clocked in and she was telling him what to do and he is faster at making the sandwiches than she is! I’m very disappointed! Needs a lot of improvement!

This Subway is by far the best. Great quality service. Everyone is always super nice and welcoming even when they’re swamped. I went in for lunch and there wasn’t very many people in line. They ended up having a 10 sandwich online order for a construction crew. The 2 employees kept apologizing as they quickly and efficiently made those sandwiches. I wasn’t mad I ended catching up with someone who was also waiting. I was actually very impressed with the entire situation. I will definitely be going back.

Sandwich maker was VERY friendly so. I gave her a 20% tip…which I never do because I figure all they do is make a Sandwich and that is their job!!! But she was totally AWESOME place was VERY clean!! And she was there by herself!! I didn’t hear her complain about being alone and having to work, do everything, etc…VERY pleasant ☺

I guess it’s our fault for going in 30 minutes before they closed, but my sandwich was really good but my husband’s sandwich made him sick. He’s still sick, and he got the chicken teriyaki. Plus there was only one person working and you could tell it was almost closing time, more people came in and he locked the door before it was suppose to close, he was getting frustrated. Which I get it, he was never not nice. But in a hurry I guess. But now we are on vacation and my husband is sick .
