Rude manager! We basically paid 60 bucks for two burritos and 2 sodas. We were in line right away that morning. 10:45. Three people in front of us. One didnt pay. We ended up getting charged for the person in front of us. The employee was a little nervous because of the mistake. Fine that happens. Should be an easy fix. He asked for help to refund the extra charges. The manager/Supervisor treated her young employee like a piece of trash for making a mistake and then treated us like crap. Never got the refund. Just charged twice!!! The manager swiped my card for a refund and double charged us. Not only did your supervisor/ manager treat us like garage they also treated a teenage employee like garbage! Do better!!!

I’ve had a pretty disappointing experience at this Chipotle every time I go. The cleanliness is just not up to par, and the service is consistently bad. They never seem to portion the food right, and the staff always come off as rude. On top of that, it’s like they never have enough food ready, so the whole experience just ends up being a letdown each time.

Where to even begin?! 30+ minute wait to order my bowl with around 8 2-3 person groups in front of me. The kitchen prep areas were an absolute disaster, leftover pieces of food strewn everywhere. Someone on staff had their cell phone blasting the worst metal I’ve ever heard at maximum volume, couldn’t hardly tell the music apart from raw static. When I finally got my food, it matched the rest of the experience. The chips were stale to the point of being almost soggy, the bowl was bland and skimpy but the price sure wasn’t. Just awful, beginning to end.

Why can’t workers do their job right. They don’t care about cleanliness. Tables dirty , no customers so you can’t tell me they don’t have time. I walked up to the counter and 1/2 the meat options were either empty or had like 4 oz in the pan & was dry and over cooked. It was only 4:30 pm. I had a burrito and the food was definitely not up to temperature. I watched them change out a pan of rice and. As the person lifted out the third pan from the steam table, there was less than an inch of water in the pan, and there was no steam coming from the water so that tells me they didn’t have the temperature hot enough on their steam table . Food should be kept at 130” or higher to maintain proper temp. My burrito was the worst I ever had. Cold and tasteless. C’mon Chipotle you’re going down in your quality, proper temperatures of your food and cleanliness of your restaurant. I say all this because I used to work in the food industry for 15 yrs a while back and I operated my own catering business. Retrain your staff.

When I saw that a Chipotle had opened in Moorhead (quite sometime ago) I was excited to visit it when I was in town (I live 40 miles away). Today I was in the vicinity around 4 pm – I walked in and automatically saw unclean tables and garbage on the floor. There were 3 patrons seated eating. No one was at the counter, but 2 men were in plain view at what appeared to be a prep table in front of me. After a couple minutes – one of the men indicated he would be with me shortly (he was emptying a bowl of white rice into another container)…this took another 2-3 minutes and the other man at that table asked the man emptying the white rice if he wanted the other guy to help instead – to which the first guy said I’ll get her. As I stood there waiting – a third employee was sticking a probe in some of the items on the serving table and looking at a computer….she hadn’t gotten to check the meat before the man came to help me….the item choices in the serving area ALL looked old/almost empty – except for the white rice the guy just added…

Chicken Burrito and asked about a couple items (like I couldn’t see the black beans due to so much liquid in the container). When he got to the meat – he just stood there and looked at me!!! I said – I told you chicken in which he said oh, that’s right….i was completely disappointed with the entire experience and actually considered not eating the burrito when I got home Some bites with the brown rice in the burrito had hard rice in them!!!!! I sure hope I don’t get sick from bad chicken, etc!!! Also, do you have to ask for napkins with a take out order? ♀️ ♀️

The signs said they close at 10 but the lobby is closed almost a hour left. And when me and my friend arrive they have four people in there being help. If your going to close the lobby get a new sign and put the lobby times on the window too so stupid

This was the grossest place ever. Service was slow, place was filthy, food prep line was disgusting and music blaring that sounded like cats screaming. All the ingredients were mixed together and food was smeared and dropped all over the counter. I asked about my online order 3 times and finally on the fourth they got around to making it half hour after I asked the first time. When I finally got the order they hand me a to go bag that was smeared with sour cream on the bottom of the bag and cheee and other food bits stuck all over it. Inside of the bag was a mess. Promptly threw it in the trash and left . To make it worse two of the employees had there arms around each other and looked like they where going to make out in the to go food prep line. What a joke.

Waited nearly 30 minutes past my pick up time for my food, which was done probably 5 minutes after I got there, however the dude with face tats refused to check for my order or relay it to anyone else, kept saying “the people behind me handle that” and im not joking ignored me for 20 minutes, refusing to even look at me. I wasn’t even mean to him man… Idk if its the way I looked or what but he had something against me. After 35 mins a lady came up to the register and got me my order in 5 seconds. (Still had to wait 38 minutes and food was cold unfortunately)

The workers were fantastic! My sister had never eaten there and he explained everything to her. It was not very tidy. Windows were dirty. Soda area had trash about. Floors were dirty. Food was so so.
