Every time we come to this location the manager lady is always incredibly rude and seems like it’s a burden to her to actually do her job and make a sandwich. Try to give her the benefit of the doubt but after at least 5 visits she is still rude and makes me not want to come back.

Today oct 6th 2021 I ordered online to this store, 3 whtchpmcnt, and footlong chicken breast with pepper jack cheese, may,oil and vinegar and a coke with chips ,I also asked my sandwich to be cut in 3 pieces. When my food arrived I have a plane chicken on wheat toasted,1 cookie,chips and a coke, so I call the store and the GM Alissa told me thats what they received and thats how they made it. I said u didn’t cut my sandwich right and I only received 1 cookie. And who orders a plain sandwich, I asked if they could make it right,she said to bring in the sandwich and they’d throw some veggies on it.. lol
Are you kidding me? She was so very rude. When I asked for her boss she said she needed my number, well who ever the boss is of this store things are going very wrong. What happened to repeating a paying customer and friendliness. I know she would never make it in the real restaurant business.
Never go where Alissa is working,her customer relations and disrespectful.

We asked for extra olives on our sandwich. The worker said i can give you 8 olives. She said it was there policy to only put 4 olives on the sandwich and went on about for waste costing the business money. We’re not normally in that area, but we’ll second guess if we go back to this location. I will say they were probably the fastest and cleanest looking of the Lincoln stores, but that’s probably because they only had to grab 4 olives for our sandwiches.

I had a hair in my sandwich. I went in inside to see if they could remake it. Worker name Olivia asked for receipt, went back to car and she look at the receipt and stated we usually don’t remake the food but she will make this time. I heard no apology from them. She was so rude. How would she feels if she had a hair in her sandwich. Never going here again and they also did not make it right.

The young lady that helped me about 20min ago was probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time when ordering. Thank you for making my chicken bacon ranch wrap amazing!! It was very refreshing to have that service from walking through the door, til I left. Great job.

Ok, It is a Subway, you pretty much get the same thing no matter where you go. Can’t say I have ever been blown away by any location, but the kid working tonight was really friendly, they were about to close but he did not act like it was an issue at all. Smiled and fixed up my salad like a pro. Thanks! Several other folks came in right behind me and he did not even act like that was a issue. Can’t say my time in fast food I was that positive to folks coming in at the last minute.

My son and I had a horrible experience at the Subway on 70th. I have never experienced this and I am 45. 3 gals, 1 African American, 1 with reddish, long bang gal in ponytail and a blonde girl. My son and I did not get a smile, they rushed me so bad and I had multiple sandwiches for other people and trying to think which stuff for which person. They made me a nervous wreck. The African American male at the cash register was very polite, thank goodness. And yes, got home and didn’t get it right. Unfortunately we will not be back. Very disrespectful.

Apparently you’re not allowed to put the condiments on the side…you have to put them on the sandwich while they’re making it. The cups are only for mayo and such. Lol k then. Staff was polite overall and worked fast. She seemed to be a little irritated with my questions, but was decent about it. I left feeling uncomfortable anyway. But hey, the guy behind the counter washed his hands after sneezing before touching my food! So appreciated! 🙂

I was so happy to see subway was doing churros. Bought 2 of them and took them home. They were so hard that I don’t even know if they were any good; I couldn’t risk breaking my teeth!! Needless to say, I won’t be back

Food was good but the service was not great. The guy was by himself and a little rude. After about 15 mins of waiting another guy showed up and took my order and he was very nice.
