Third time being here and the sandwich is as dry as Jimmy John’s. Got mayo ranch and garlic aioli but there’s ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING. ordered extra pickle and it’s not extra by subway standards as someone who used to work at subway I know the sauce is two lines for regular and one line for light. I also requested black olives and there’s nothing. This location doesn’t know how to train their employeees, the GM will leave the place unmanaged. When “fixing” sandwiches they’ll over sauce it and make it extremely messy instead of the standard sauce technique tha subway teaches you. I used to General Manage this franchise so I know how to make the sandwiches like the back of my hand. But how hard is it to sauce a sandwich correctly? This is a waste of my time to have to come back to the store. I want a full refund of the two footlongs I had to pick up today. They expect you to take time out of your day to come back, like other people don’t have jobs or lunch breaks and are at work or only have a little amount of time. Saucing the sandwiches incorrectly three times in a span of a month is a little wild you don’t have that proper training in the store. On the second There’s supposed to be honey mustard and regular amount of mayonnaise. Don’t order online from this location, you have to waste some time going into the store to hawk watch your sandwiches to make sure they’re made properly.

The employees that work during the week are amazing. They are very friendly. I love coming here when I need something fast. I love the way they make sandwiches now with putting the sauce on the bottom of the vegetables. It gives it a better taste.

Very poor customer service and seemed annoyed that he had to do his job. This location was my go to subway but the last few visits had been very unpleasant. For the food, the bread was dry and employee’s need to learn how to heat up cooked bacon not cook cooked bacon!!

Ordered 6 sandwiches. They left Avocado off two sandwiches, then put Avocado on one that we didn’t ask for. Then they refused to give us garlic aioli on the side because “they didn’t have a way to do that.” We ordered online so they had the orders written down. Very disappointed.

Stopped by to eat yesterday around 5pm last night and Carlton was the only one there but he still made all four sandwiches perfectly. It was a good experience. I appreciate the patience he had with our six year old. We figured nobody was waiting so we’d let her try to order for herself. She was very happy with her sandwich and ate the entire thing. He didn’t seem rushed but appeared to use his time efficiently to get everyone taken care of including people who walked in after.

I have been to this location many times and the employees act very annoyed to be helping others and myself. I’ve seen this many times by them, and it happens to be the same two employees every time. I will say that there is one great young man that works there and is the most polite, most-caring person that has helped me out. I will continue to go when he works. Anytime else I will drive out Shoemaker’s location, or to another location. fix your management!

Terrible I found two long hairs in my sandwich under the cheese that had been melted on the meat so I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. The manager or whoever he was emailed me and I guess tried to make it eight but when I asked for a simple refund he stopped answering me. Very unprofessional I will not go back to this store again.
