The crew pays great attention to the appearance of the store, it is always clean. They need to pay more attention to the quality of the sandwiches they make. On several occasions I’ve had wilted spinach in the sandwich which tells me they don’t scrutinize the condiments when they fill the bins. They put a minimal amount of condiments on the sandwich and if you ask for a little more, they grudgingly toss on a couple additional pieces. If you order a sandwich that has something other than sliced meat, you get short scoops. The completed sandwich looks like it was made by the accountant rather than the sandwich artist.

Great clean location BUT maybe tell your employees to not speak about their customers, especially when I can understand Spanish. I walked in with the floors mopped around 7 pm last night and I heard them talk inappropriately about how I will fall on my @ss and oh well if I do, in Spanish. Also, I didn’t see a sign out warning that the floors are wet. I’ve been to this location before and the man just always seems annoyed… thought it was just a bad day, but he looked and obviously talked about it this time as well.

I tried to order through the app to take advantage of the BOGO sale. After trying and it failing over seven times, I just went directly into the store. There was a lady at the counter already complaining cuz she was being charged for bacon and the cashier kept telling her that bacon cause extra yet the sandwich she ordered comes with bacon. When that customer left the worker just laughed at her and started talking to the guy saying she was crazy.
I told her that I was trying to order a sandwich through the app but it wasn’t working. She told me it was working just fine and proceeded to show me a bunch of receipts from earlier in the day where people had ordered. I showed her how it wasn’t working and the guy came over and started punching on the computer telling me how their computer works just fine. I tried it again right there in front of them and it failed one more time. I told them what I was trying to order and they told me they could not order for me I had to do it through the app and there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they weren’t there. I asked for a card for the owner and they told me they didn’t have any. I asked them for the owner’s name and a phone number and they told me I could find all that information in the app. Needless to say I left without anything.

Ordered online tonight and as my husband took a bite of his sandwich a staple was also included in the middle of the sandwich. Not good.

*Update* Adrian the manager at this location contacted me right away, apologized and was extremely professional. He didn’t try to brush off the incident and seemed to be committed to finding out where this staple originated and stated he would follow up. Pretty impressed.

I went in uniform as I had Chemo to take in a couple minutes so I went straight from work. The crew seemed rather young so that made me nervous, I couldn’t have been more wrong! Not only did they thank me for my service but gave a discount and a free cookie. Of course the sand which was awesome but I couldn’t get over how great the staff was. Thanks guys you’ll be seeing me again!

Watch out on your receipt at this location. They were charging us for combos we didn’t order or eat. Always get your receipt and check it here.

Owners are wonderful, couldn’t ask for a better place to go for a sit down meal. The food is prepared by great people and it’s always a pleasure to walk into a place where there’s not a bunch of bickering amongst the employees. I’m greatful for the friendly atomusphere. Thanks Subway for the great meal and the friendly surrounding’s. Awesome service. Thumbs up on the great work.
