I am always hesitant on placing an online order anywhere. My sandwich was wrong. So we drove back, and I asked for a manager….. Gal said she was a shift lead. I explained my situation, without even looking at the sandwich she alone fixed it and apologized. No questions, she didn’t even look at it….. I am shocked at this young professionalism. First time I’ve ever had an issue, I let her keep the receipt so she could check I was not lying. This young lady needs to be recognized for her willingness to make things right. I did not catch her name, but she was excellent.

When it comes to Subway the one off of 23rd and Clarkson is the best, not to mention the employees that work there are some thee coolest, down to earth people you’ll ever meet! Do they not check ingredients in the morning before opening to make sure they have enough for the day or even fill during the day? Went in to get a buffalo sandwich was told they are out of buffalo sauce. Got to the subway downtown much better stocked.

I’ve gone to this location probably twice in like 6 months and they’ve messed my order up both times but I decided to give it a go today anyway. I waited in the drive through line for like 20 minutes, which I wasn’t super mad about because I think the guy in front of me had a big order. I finally got to the window and waited another 5 minutes (still not mad, they were busy). Then they verified my order with me, handed me my food and I paid and left. When I got home I realized this is not what I ordered. It was kinda close I guess but it was covered in jalapenos and spinach and onions and I didn’t order any toppings. I tried to eat it but it tasted to much like jalapenos and I didn’t ask for a receipt and even if I did I really don’t want to drive back . I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this location is 0 for 3 right now.

My audio video purchases have been great! But my window tint experience has been horrible! Scott is great and is working with me. After having it fixed once, it looks worse now (bubbles and gaps) and my rear defrost only works on 1 wire/strip. Will update.
