10.08.25 at 3 o’clock. Roadtripping. Couldn’t get the Subway app to function at the Pilot/Willow location so came here 1.5 easy miles away. Glad we did! Got some of the best service ever at a Subway! It’s so nice to see an employee take pride in his work. 2 perfect sandwiches (like he designed them). Since the location was not busy, he even delivered our order to our table! A great employee & a great location. Keep up the good work. It makes a difference!

I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years and always appreciated being able to customize my sandwich. I visited the Colby, KS location on 12/4/2025 around 7:20pm and was told they could no longer add ranch after the vegetables due to “corporate policy.” The employee also made concerning comments about getting written up or fired.
If this is truly a new policy, it’s disappointing. I’ve ordered my sandwich the same way for decades, and being told I can’t customize it anymore really made me reconsider coming back. I hope this was just a misunderstanding. Also was not able to order though the subway all at this location.

Kate did an amazing job with service and so did her coworker (i didnt catch her name). With ease and friendliness she made our orders. So patient and kind. And the food was the freshest subway I ever had. Totally not expected from a gas station pit stop. Kudos!

They said they couldn’t put my dressing in the middle any more so when it’s on the bread it makes the bread soggy so driving and eating is hard.not my place to eat any more when driving state to state.

Be prepared to wait, the two guys working at night were more concerned about making an online order and immediately told me it’s gonna be a while with an attitude, they were not happy especially the guy with the earrings.

Hands down the worst subway I’ve ever gone to. Sadly it’s local and we’ve tried several times. EVERY time it’s wrong. Here’s the new “boss” sandwich without anything I ordered and completely cold. Been calling their number for the last 20 mins. No one answers. Tried to do a complaint with corporate. They’re all digital and can’t contact anyone without the info from the receipt that they never gave me. I absolutely hate this place. We’ve ate at subways literally from coast to coast and this is the worst.

I would give negative stars if I could. My family walked in around 2:30 on Saturday July 26 and while trying to decide what to order the woman behind the counter told us they were tired and wanted to get off the line so we needed to hurry up and order. We walked out.

I recently visited Subway and had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, the staff seemed more focused on telling me how to make my sandwich rather than listening to my preferences. This was quite off-putting.
Additionally, I encountered an employee who was bald and exhibited a disrespectful demeanor throughout my interaction. His attitude was less than professional, which made the experience unpleasant.
I hope that management takes this feedback into consideration and addresses these issues. Customer service is essential, and I hope future visits improve.
