It was ok except for the fact that it would have been nice to actually fold the sandwich without everything falling out. I did not have a stuffed sandwich that was hard to fold. She didnt even try kinda folded it and it was coming open as she was trying to cut it and everything just falling out right there.

Ordered a simple, ham sandwich …. to then be charged for a “Homerun Ham” (33% more meat and x2 cheese) which is a $1+ more, all the while they screwed up [making] my sandwich by putting the cheese & lettuce on the bottom. And not at all given extra on either meat or cheese, so I got charged simply for their stupidity.

We ate at the Subway in Russell KS on July 3rd 2024. They made my granddaughter sandwich wrong and was just going to scrap the mustard off that she didn’t order and I told the girl that she wouldn’t eat it. They finally made another sandwich for her. The ice machine in the pop machine had no ice in it. Would of been nice if there had been an out of order sign on it. They finally did offer to get us ice after about 10 minutes. So I wasn’t very happy with the service since it cost me almost 36 dollars

Amazing customer service! Had trouble ordering on my mobile device (to take advantage of an online-only deal) and one of the incredibly friendly workers took the time to walk me through the online ordering process. Clean facility, good sandwiches. Employees always had their masks on, even when not making sandwiches. Got free drinks too, but don’t expect this.

It’s subway, so we’re not talking gourmet food here. But as Subway restaurants go, this one is exceptional. I’ve visited twice in the last week. The staff are friendly and positive and they are ON TOP of cleaning! My mom left her glasses, and she called to see if they had them and they are shipping them to her!
