Went on a date night with my husband last night and decided to try Pasta Masters. I ordered a Pink Lady drink while we waited for a table. It was delicious and so pretty! Loved the vibes of the place and service was excellent, but the real star of the show was the food! We grew up in CT and haven’t had good pasta since moving to GA, until now! I wanted to try everything, and we were both really hungry, so we got the burrata, focaccia bread, Caesar salad to start, and I got the NY strip special with the crab fettuccini and my husband got the pappardelle ragu. Everything was delicious, made in house, even the pasta and Caesar dressing. I don’t know how they cooked the steak, but it was so tender. I could cut it with my fork. I cannot rave enough about this place! I told all my friends, and now I’m telling all of you. Definitely check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

AMAZING addition to Hoschton. New to the area, but so are we! Service was friendly and fast, the dining room was cozy and modern. And the food… so authentic! The handmade pasta is excellent, but the Burrata with Pesto and Polpette meatballs with Focaccia to start were PERFECT. Flavorful and texture-filled. We would’ve been happy without the pasta course. I’m still dreaming about the pesto. And fair price for the quality and portion sizes. We were nervous because some of the reviews said portion sizes were small, but we disagree. We’re left full and happy, and could’ve gotten away ordering just one pasta dish instead of two. We’ll be back!

Finally tried this restaurant and I’m sorry I waited so long! Jacqueline was our waitress and she was fantastic! Rarely leave reviews, but the food was fresh and great, I will come back to try more dishes. I would have liked to have seen bread served with the appetizers, particularly to pair with the sauce from the meatballs. (Maybe they can pair up with the bakery in Braselton). Next time I’ll know to order the olive appetizer as it comes with some wonderful bread. Wine selection was better than expected, and the pasta was Ah So Good!

The food was wonderful. The Steak was so tender in my omelet and Lila our fantastic waitress, brought me salsa and guacamole even though not with my meal. Husband doesn’t like Asparagus but said the sauce on his crab ravioli was so great it didn’t bother him. We also had the Tiramasu and Creme Brulee. They were fantastic. If you are in the area definitely check out this charming restaurant. Lila was very sweet and joined in with suggestions for our meals.

My husband and I visited last night for the first time and we will definitely be back. Though the space is quite small, it’s atmosphere is very intimate and classy. (But don’t worry — you don’t have to necessarily dress up). The bartender, Charleen was fantastic…beginning with the expresso martini, great food recommendations & entire service. We ordered focaccia and olives with mozzarella & pesto as an appetizer. Delish! Super fresh [and enough to feed 4]. My husband ordered the Pappardelle Ragu & I ordered the Fusilli Al Pesto. (Quick service) Both dishes were properly proportioned, light, and full of flavor. Unfortunately we were not able to try any desserts as we were completely full after our main course; however, I look forward to going back during Happy Hour for more cocktails & sampling some sweets!

we love the modern touch that pasta masters gives to our local hoschton community! the happy hour deals at the bar on weekdays are always our go to. we are head over heels in love with their super fresh burrata and warm foccacia bread! they always have specials that arent on the menu, so there is always something new to try.

Very unique local place located in historic Hoschton. Beautifully constructed and decorated. Not a huge menu but very good variety and everything is handmade in house. Full bar and great service cap off a wonderful dinner experience.

First time visit and the meal was decent. If I could, I would give it 3.5 stars. There’s a limited choice of entrees, salads, and appetizers. The night we were there, we took advantage of the 3 course meal for $25. Most of us ordered Rigatoni and Meatballs which could have used a little more sauce. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Amazing services, this restaurant only been open for 6 months and the food is terrific. Real pasta freshly made. We have a great time. The pumpkin Spice Sangria is a hit. Our server Layla was amazing and really sparkling personally. Definitely will be back.
