We placed an online order. Arrived to pick it up. We sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. There were no other cars. There was a man standing inside the store. It was unclear if he was a customer or a visitor to an employee. As he was just standing there. There was not an employee inside the store. There was one smoking at the backdoor. We sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes, looking through the window at our food sitting on a shelf. We decided to drive around to the front of the building, to go inside and get the food, that was already paid for, through the app. My fiance walked in the store, up to the shelf, grabbed the food, that was paid for, and began walking out. There was now an employee coming up from the back of the store screaming at her. She simply said goodbye, thank you, and continued walking out. She got in the car, the employee ran after her outside the building screaming at her to never come back, and to not disrespect her… She was screaming and cussing and approaching the vehicle. My fiance rolled her window up, flashed the female employee a peace sign, and drove away. We will absolutely not be returning to this store. But how that behavior is acceptable, I will never understand. That probably has something to do with why the store was so empty. And the employee who came running after my fiance looked to be VERY strung out. She was too thin, cheeks sunken in, and twitching visibly. Please do better subway. We like your food, but this behavior?? What the hell….. Our last trip here, we ordered in the drive through and sat there for 28 MINUTES waiting for our sandwiches. I didn’t say anything then, but I am DEFINITELY reaching out now.

You can definitely tell that this location doesn’t care about the drive through at all. Waited for 10 minutes at the window for a pick up order. Ordered extra Jalepenos, olives and banana peppers, didn’t get extra at all. Honestly a real disappointment considering there was 3 girls on the line and they couldn’t even get a good enough flow to help customers or put the extras on the sandwiches when the receipt specifically says extra everything.

Tried the new order online promo they were offering so you just go in and pick up your sandwiches with no wait. Well I got there at the correct time and went through the drive through window. Waited 10 min before they even came to the window. then they said oh we will get those made up for you real quick. They went over and slapped something together and brought them to the window. When I got home they were not even close to what we ordered. the Italian sub only had a few slices of salami and cheese but they dumped a bunch of marinara on it. the other was a chicken, bacon sub with veggies and there was no meat at all. I called back to the store and they said they would make them again but I’ve had it with subway. the last several times I have gone in there the quality has really come down. The manager has been out of town and you can tell. this store is a prime location off of a highway but I don’t look for them to be open very much longer with the quality and service they are giving.

Canceled/voided my order while I was sitting in the restaurant waiting for it. My husband placed an order that was completed. Employee was no help at all. Basically took my information and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I have to come in and speak to manager tomorrow to even get a refund! Employees also did not greet not one member of my family when we entered the store. When I worked at this location it was a lot better. Extremely disappointed!!!!

I ordered a foot long sub on uber but instead of making what I asked for they took it upon themselves to make it a wrap instead when the directions say foot long sub then they don’t answer the phone when I call to see why the did this and just kept letting the phone ring multiple times

I was on a long road trip and got into the area around 9PM and was hungry and tired. I rarely do fast food but when I’m a pinch, it works.
I got to the Subway shortly before they closed. The girl helping me was friendly and very helpful. The sandwich hit the spot and my hotel was just down the street, so it all worked out.

Just okay. Just visited this evening for take out. We asked for the freshest bread and they suggested this kind. I seriously feel like I may have fractured my teeth. The top was super hard and salty. My teeth struggled to bite into it. There was a huge piece of onion shelling in my sub and it was quite a mess. There was a group-a small rush of about 6 patrons before me ordering food. I had to ask them to clean the area before making my subs as the wrappers they make the sub on would be covered in stuff. The onion peel got past me as I was ordering 2 subs and was side tracked on the other. The inside of my sub was great, but the bread killed it and we got the same bread for both subs. I love Subway, but will probably drive to another location now, even if it’s out of the way. The subway itself looked well kept but maybe it’s the help. Not sure.

Just left this location because all they had for bread was a 6 inch wheat… that’s it. Not even baking anymore. It’s 7:37 on a Friday, why do we not have any bread or are making any??

Disgusting food safety. The female worker with hat/bandana grabbed 2 full trash bags, slung them over her shoulder and walked through the food prep area with them both smacking the counter space. Around 7pm 12•30•2025 check the cameras, management. All Workers present are so unprofessional.
