The service here was horrible, all three lady workers were very rude. When I asked if I could have more of a condiment put on my sandwich, she proceeded to put on a very thin line and quickly shut my sandwich and wrapped it up. So I asked for it in a packet, she ignored me and another one let me know they did not have any packets, but did say they could put some in a container. They were also upset with us because my husband asked if they could put his lettuce on before his sauce. I think we hit them on a bad day, but overall not good service.

If I could leave zero stars or negative zero Stars I would do so. I have never had the most nastiest sandwiches in my life until tonight from that Subway and then to top it all off I call up there to see what how we can get this worked out because it tasted like something bad on my sandwich and I’m telling the worker you know I don’t have a way back up there this evening she said I could bring it up tomorrow with the receipt I said so what am I supposed to eat for dinner tonight I said by the way you know I have to say I ate Subway a lot and these two sandwiches by far are the nastiest I’ve had in a very long time and she hung up in my face I call back they pick up and hang up the phone immediately I call back again it rings until a busy signal I call back at again after that it rings till a busy signal I had to call another Subway to get nowhere so I said I ordered in the app so let’s go back to the app I finally figured out how to get a hold of somebody so the complaints in but I’m still sitting here starving and a young worker just hung up my face because she couldn’t take the truth I guess I don’t know but I would not freak with that Subway horrible service nasty food. Sorry for the run on sentences I’m talk to text I’m very upset and extremely busy at the moment so please forgive me on the run-on sentence.

She was polite enough, but she cut the bread extremely thin on top, and lazily threw the meat on. The cheese was also thrown on askew, and I lost most of a cheese slice when she toasted the paper on it, and ripped the cheese off. The other toppings were applied messily, missing the edges. The bread tore completely when she folded the sandwich, and the meat was sliding off before she even started rolling it up. I tried to keep it together when unwrapping, but what you see is me piecing it back together to make it at least look like a sandwich. The cheese was barely melted, everything is still nearly fridge temps. There is no heat to the sandwich, and my hotel is a 2 minute drive away at most.

This time here my sandwich was terrible. Ordered online for a pickup. 1/4 of sandwich had no meat, veggies or anything. My extra spinach consisted of 5 leaves in total (not 5 extra). A tomato was laying on top of my sandwich (not inside). The portion of sandwich that had meat and veggies was good, the bare bread portion was aweful.
Last time I came here (I have only been here 2ce), the sandwich was fine. But I ordered that at the shop and watched them make it. Maybe its just they sandwich you order online are skimpy? Or maybe the lady behind the counter was too engrossed in her story telling to the guy there? Or maybe they snacked on the missing portions of my sandwich? I dont know.
I added the 2 experiences together to have the 3 star.

Employees at this location are always rude and unpleasant. Frequently they will complain to you about placing a curbside order, saying “you should get up and get it yourself” or that they “shouldn’t have to come outside” even though I have only placed curbside orders when it has been clear and sunny. Food is frequently wrong or just bad. I’m not sure who handles corporate complaints for this area but when I tried to get ahold of someone to complain about employees and my food being wrong and portions being almost non-existent, they said it was my fault and refused to do anything to help.

47th and Broadway wichita ks….Do not go on Thursdays they have the slowest staff on that day. They have motivation to do anything. Ordered online got there at pick up time. 25 mins past pick up time I finally got my one sub. We all have jobs with customer services. But you can do better. A Busier store can have you out in 10 to 15 mins. Unacceptable
