I try not to give poor reviews. This was first time here. There were about 7 customers. It was around 12:45 pm. Only 2 employees, and I understand that due to no one wanting to work. Hardly any pizza on buffet…ever. Salad bar was not clean…ever. Almost all tables were dirty. Men’s restroom sink handle wasn’t working. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The owner should be more aware of their properties. We won’t be back, and I’m sure the other customers there that day, likely will not either.

Came in a little late, around 8:10pm, I try not to go to places so late because I understand it can be frustrating. However I didn’t not expect such an unenthusiastic atmosphere… the guy taking my order did not sound like he even wanted to be there whatsoever and the lady who gave me my food didn’t even say a word to me, even after I said “thank you, I hope you have a good night”. I ordered a calzone and was missing two of the toppings I ordered inside. Everything else wasn’t too bad, but am very disappointed in the staff and the calzone I ordered. I hope the next time will be better!!

I put in an order for delivery tonight. My cell reception was bad and cutting in and out. We the delivery driver showed up he had my pizzas, but not my pepperoni rolls. I asked him about them and he showed me my receipt and they were not on there. Mistakes happen and I did not pay for them. The pizza he brought was fresh and hot. I paid, tipped the driver And wished him a good evening. My family and I sat down and started eating our dinner. While eating out doorbell rang. It was the delivery driver again. Just that quick he drove to Gambino’s and back to drop off a fresh box of pepperoni rolls at no charge, then apologized for the mix up. This kind of customer service is rare and the Andover Gambino’s has a happy and loyal customer. Thank you Jana, the pizza and the pepperoni rolls were great.

Love the pizza! The facility is always in terrible condition. Always food on the floor etc. The salad bar is in horrible condition. Recently the restaurant itself was very cold.

We’ve gotten Gambino’s several times now. I’ve tried several different options on the menu and my review hopefully reflects that. In my opinion, the pizza is subpar. The flavor is nothing special and they don’t use enough sauce so it’s a rather “dry” pizza. They do have these pepperoni bites that are pretty good if you’re so inclined. The prices recently are outrageous (nearly $40 bucks for a 1 large and 1 small pie). I can get more and better tasting pizza from Domino’s down the street… After trying to support local but being let down by the food and price point, we’ve decided not to order from here any longer.

We went there for the lunch buffet and weren’t disappointed. There weren’t that many people there on a Wednesday. The buffet was kept well stocked with a variety of pizza, pasta, salad, calzones and dessert pizzas.

We were the only people in the store, but it still took about 20 minutes to get anything. The crust, as I’ve experienced it on multiple occasions, is 75% raw and unpleasantly heavy. There’s virtually no sauce and all the toppings, from the meat, to the cheese to the peppers, are almost undistinguishable from eachother with their bland, lifeless flavor.
