I have dashed for this place 5 years. Managers know me and have always been very courteous and respectful.
TONIGHT MY ONLINE 30$ FOR TWO SALADS ORDER CAME MISSING SEVERAL THINGS AND WHEN I CALLED I ASKED WHO MADE AND THE GUY ON PHONE SAID I DID. I ASKED HIS NAME WAS STILL POLITE AT THAT TIME. DIDNT STAY THAT WAY BY THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME AND THEN THE FACT HE ALREADY KNEW YOU WERE OUT OF THINGS ON MY BUT DIDNT TELL THE PERSON THAT PICKED UP OR MYSELF OR A COURTESY CALL. HE WAS RUDE AND SAYS VERY DEFENSIVELY I DONT HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME .. REALLLY?!;THEN PROCEEDS TO SAY WERE PUT OF THOSE THINGS. THAT WAS A LIE CAUSE THERE THREE CUCUMBERS IN BOTH SALADS. NOT MORE . NO BLACK OLIVES AT ALL AND EXTRA SPINACH DID MEAN NO LETTUCE. ENTIRE SALAD IS WRONG AND FOR HIM TO GET COCKY CAUSE I ASKED HIS NAME AND BECAME AS RUDE AS THEY COME .. I EXPECT TO SEE MANAGER TOMORROW I EXPECT A FULL REFUND HERE IS MY RECEIPT. THAT NOT WHAT’S IN THE SALAD. INWOULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND JUST AN EXPLANATION IF HE WASNT I STANTLY UGLY TO ME!!

Hungry at 9:45pm? Don’t go here. The signs all around the store say they close at 10pm. Online it says they close at 10pm. That means they should serve customers til 10 and close after. Instead two workers ignored me at the window for ten minutes. One had the name tag Jaeden and wore a black shirt, and the other dressed as if they didn’t even work there. Jaeden looked like he was cleaning and white shirt employee (if he is one) enjoyed a nice little sandwich in the back. This is bad business and terrible customer service.

I never write bad reviews but today changed that. The lady making my sandwich didn’t cut my bread all the way through so she used her hand to tear it and took a chunk out of it. Then I asked the other lady doing my toppings if I could get extra olives because she literally put 4 slices on there. She said no. I asked if I could pay for extra because I get they can’t always do that for free. She said no. My sandwich was cold and cheese wasn’t melted even though it was toasted. Both ladies were rude, unfriendly, and had no customer service skills. Sad because I love subway but will not be returning to this location! I went at 12:30 on 8/6/25 for reference!

First don’t go through drive thru. It’s broken and you can’t hear anything so I don’t know if that’s why my order was wrong or something else. Hard to turn around and go back when don’t live in town and two hungry kids are screaming for anything to eat.

Was going to get food. The drive thru is nice. If the girls didn’t have an attitude problem. Maybe it’s the microphone and or their headset. But they need to learn not to be vulgar at customers with their mic on… wouldn’t recommend. Girl needs a new job. I left without my food and paying, I’m not supporting that behavior.

I can’t tell if this is for a specific SUBWAY® or not. We have had problems with both The north Newton one was out of all bread and out of all beef when we ordered online. We show up to pick it up and are told they don’t have beef. So we said chicken is fine. When we got to the car and opened it it was on flatbread instead of rolls. I took it back in and they said they were out of bread as well. 30 minutes before closing when we ordered and I believe they have all the stuff they just didn’t want to open up more.
