I have recently began coming to this location in specific and each time I am just amazed by the timing, the quality, and the staff overall. I have been let down many times previously at a different location, and am amazed to see the difference just a town or two away. I recommend this location for Dairy Queen and am happy to be a customer!

I used to enjoy going to this DQ. Unfortunately, the last two visits have been disappointing. One time, the orange shake wasn’t even mixed and was some chalky, disgusting concoction. This last time, I received an mini cookie dough blizzard; it was vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup only. There was 0 cookie dough in it.

Workers need supervision! Short chubby girl was very rude. Lied to me saying food is made fresh very cold. Returned food for more cold food. Spent $30 absolutely ridiculous asked for employee name refused to give me . Tried to call next day phone was busy all day. Would not recommend

I went through the drive-thru around 3pm today and ordered a #5. The burger had so much ketchup on it, i couldnt even taste the burger or cheese. Thank goodness they decided to give me 11 napkins with my one meal. Also, the fries were disgusting. Overall it was a waste of money. The girl running the window was too busy talking to someone in the lobby to even make eye contact, and give decent service. Bummer.

My sister and I arrived at your store at 8:45pm tonight. We got in line to place our order. There were a couple people in line before us. When the staff member came up to the window, she said…these two people are going to be my last people for the night…sorry. When she said that, she was pointing to the two people in line before us. We couldn’t believe she would refuse waiting on us when it was 15 minutes before closing time. How many other people were turned away after us? So disappointed!

The employees were very busy tonight after the first of a few holiday concerts ended. Between drive thru and eat in, the staff did awesome keeping up in a timely fashion with smiles on their faces. The cool lady at the counter even split our banana split into 2 for my small daughters! Awesome service, thanks!

Very poor service. Two men out back laughing, smoking have a grand time, one man at the window. Sat at the window for five minutes before being helped and watched my blizzard turn into soup. Asked for a manager or supervisor, not one on duty so I’ve resulted to a Google Review in hopes the manger will see this and hopefully get some proper training for their employees.
