This kid hands me two cups and no straws no lifs..first off i said Arent you supposed to make those drinks. He says NAH..SO I GO TO FOUNTAIN THERE IS NO ICE. So he had to make the drinks
I said ” Im sorry you will get used to me im your dasher ” he REPLIES ” i dont know about i DONT PLAY LIKE THAT?! ,”

8/12/25 around 4:45pm Went to pick up my mobile order, and there was so much gravel/sand for some reason on the concrete. I slipped and fell onto my knee before I knew it. My husband walked in with me, we notified the 2 workers there so no one else would fall and they just BRUSHED IT OFF with NO INTENTION of fixing the problem. There was no other customer in the store. The response we got was “maybe the rain will wash it away”.
I am pregnant and not supposed to have a fall. Let alone if a senior tried to walk in. There was zero concern over safety and im not sure where else i can get a hold of subway as they do not have any numbers or emails to contact.

Ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap, the guy making the wrap started to put bbq sauce on it. I said that it didnt come with bbq sauce, he argued and said it did, but the menu says it didnt. He said he already put it on so he cant just remake it. I know there’s a bbq honey chicken. And a regular honey mustard wrap. I was careful with what I ordered and he just wanted to be argumentative about it.

Ordered online for delivery and asked that my sandwiches be heated as toasting makes the bread too hard for me. Got my delivery and both sandwiches were ice cold. Tried calling the store 7 times and each time I waited only to be hung up on without an answer.

I used the drive thru. Had to wait an extremely long time. 15-20 minutes. But the young man did the right thing, he sincerely apologized and gave me 2 cookies for free. I had the roast beef with garlic aoli, and I added smashed avocado , it was excellent!

We stood waiting to get orders taken the first guy never spoke. The second person made terrible subs and didn’t know the price of anything on the menu. Also didn’t cut my sub. Won’t go back!!!

Sandwiches were ok other than the fact that they got them wrong, and also the costumer service is pretty bad. I went to get only two sandwiches and we asked for BOTH to be ITALIAN HERBS AND CHEESE however we both got WHITE bread, and the guy taking our order even repeated back to us “Italian herbs and cheese”; but somehow forgot within the two seconds we ordered it. Then when asked what sides we wanted he yelled at me when I repeated myself because he didn’t verify that he heard what I had said. This was the drive thru but I think he should have been able to here us ,or else they need a new drive thru. I’ve had experiences with this man before, and he has always been kinda rude and very impatient especially when I have to repeat myself due to his lack of hearing, or verification that he heard me. When I’ve ordered with another guy he had no trouble hearing and got everything right. Personally I think the other guy should be fired, he’s bad for business, just unnecessarily rude.
