I stopped at store 695 loves with a 24 hour subway and asked to order the meal of the day. I was told there was no more meat for this combo to make the meal of the day. So I asked just make it in another meat available and I was refused. I was told I would have to pay the full price without the meal of the day discount the employee working on this day November 10, 2025 was rather rude so I walked out the door. I do not expect to ever stop at this loves truck stop ever again.

Not very good service — they added sauce to my sandwich without asking, the meat was strange and barely chewable. When I asked to add avocado, they said, ‘You should’ve said that earlier.’ Some vegetables were missing. This is not the best location of this company — the girls here clearly don’t want to work

Most excellent! Cooked the bacon ahead of sandwich with out asking. Friendly staff, lettuce and tomato not frozen. No water cups…no problem, just use the small drink cups for water. Five stars well deserved! Thnx

While it can be a bit busy during lunch, I typically am acknowledged by several employees. The shortest line that I have been in at noon on Saturday had 6 people ahead of me. Even though you would think that it would be quite a while for you to get your order,the staff works together as a team. They call for additional employees to run the register to make sure the wait time is minimal(6 sandwiches ahead of me and it only took about 10 minutes to start placing my order). I have made sure to get in before 6pm on most
nights,or go in between 8-11pm to avoid frustration. On Friday and Saturday nights it helps to know if there are any sporting events going on, because it can be a very long wait (anywhere from 20-40 minutes) because they only staff two employees after 5-6pm. If you are traveling, I still suggest stopping in for a fresh,made to order sandwich. Also, for fall/winter they are expanding their menu to include soups!

Manager to lazy to turn on the online ordering for the store. Workers seem very untrained and always in front of the store smoking and goofing off.
