When I went I ordered a ham ham ham and cheese for my friend and then I also ordered for myself to tuna salad. My friend cannot even eat her ham sandwich because it had so much mustard on it it was dripping off the sandwich. And then my tuna salad was not even tuna it was chopped up chicken mixed with tuna

I ordered two protein bowls and a sandwich.. The girl making the bowls instantly caught a miss label on the bottle so she had to remake the bowl. She did it with a smile on her face and didn’t lose her cool over a mistake. All of them helped each other out and got the problem solved quickly. It’s nice to see Good teamwork behind the counter and great customer service.

Ordered online for the Augusta, Ks location . When I sat down to eat my sandwich it was covered in pepper so much that all the veggies were black. The order missed several of the veggies I had asked to have put on the sandwich and no dressing which I had asked for extra! Called to speak to a manager twice and both times I was asked to call back that they they were busy. Im a paying customer regardless if I am on the phone or in person. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. I will not be back!

This location literally messes up my order 9 out of 10 times. Sometimes is just forgetting drinks sometimes it’s having the wrong toppings. The drive thru is so slow I have been in line for 30 minutes before.

This is the second footlong I tried with 1 month between visits. WILL NOT return. This is when I asked for extra of spinach, tomato,and black olives. No salt and pepper and that as well was supposed to be extra. Had to combine ingredients to make a half way decent 6in, after paying the footlong price. Waiting for corporate to email me back……I might wait a life time. Ridiculous company and franchise for aure
