Ordered online 6ish this evening. I ordered the same thing I always do, which is a tad complicated. This isn’t my regular store, but they made it to perfection! When I walked in, they were 3-4 deep with customers ordering. My order was ready waiting on me & they greeted me while being so busy making sandwiches. I’ve seen the negative reviews on here, but I received excellent service. I guess other folks have never worked fast food to know the struggles, or really care. Shout out to this location for their superb service!!

Be aware of the place. They never have anything that is necessary for a good sandwich, things aren’t restocked properly and have probably been in the same bowl on the bar far longer than it should’ve.

Ordered on line so the order is in plain English and easy to follow could not even do that did not get the order right hardly any vegetables and wrong bread completely ordered Italian cheese and herb got plain white. don’t go here line was 10 people deep and manager stopped to put in subs that were ordered previously and the only other employee that was not trying to serve was pealing bread that had been sitting for at least two hours on an open table at end of counter DO NOT GO HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

10/22/23 – I stopped during a bicycle tour. There was no one at the counter, but finally two teenage girls came from the back room. I asked for a protein bowl and she informed me that they never no longer serve protein bowls or salads because they don’t stock the bowls. I said you’ve got to be kidding. She said no, we don’t have any bowls. I told her I couldn’t have bread and that’s why I stopped here to get a salad. I told her to tell the manager they are losing business.
The girls have been hiding in the back room for the last 25 minutes. Two men have been standing at the counter for about five minutes. I’m going across the street to choose one of two restaurants. Oh goodness they just came out laughing and having a great time. Meanwhile, the tables are filthy, dirty.

Today at about 3:30Pm I stopped here on my way to Missouri. I was so speechless to one employee in particular. Her name was “Katie”. The first thing I hear come out of her mouth was “you won’t like working here” then she continued to say “you won’t like it when your working by yourself and 6 people come in all at once.” Then proceeded to say “a good thing about this job is that we can be rude to Karen’s, they won’t fire us they are too understaffed” to the new employee. Towards the end of my transaction the new girl I didn’t get her name but she was very nice and did a fantastic job had said to her “we need to start prepping for tomorrow”. Katie replied with “we can just leave it for Brendon and Chloe” the new girl said “but I still need to learn” and Katie replied with “its okay you’ll learn eventually they need something to do”
Katie was very unprofessional and was not fair to put the new employee who had stated it was her first day. Not a good way to train someone.

Don’t waste your time at any restaurant at this exit. All of them are slow and prehistoric. Stood in line forever only to be told they’re out of meatballs. It only takes 10 seconds to put a sign up or cover up that item on the menu board. Just lazy and think the customer will just order something else. Nope. This is why businesses fail. One by one, each customer decides to never return. And it’s a wrap. Good luck

Poor management! Great staff trying very hard to do a good job with little support from their manager. Went in today and staff did not have what they needed to Make a turkey sandwich. No turkey no herb cheese bread no jalapeño bread. This was at 12:15 before the rush even started.

This location is inside a gas station. I was very impressed with how CLEAN the facility was and the friendly staff. There were college age kids working they they were very polite and patient with my kids trying to order their own sandwiches. We make it a point to return to this specific location whenever possible.
