When I worked in the oil industry, I basically lived off Subway because it was in many of the very small oil towns, and usually the only alternative to gas station food, so Ive been to a countless number of different Subways. That being said this is BY FAR the best Subway Ive ever been to. The bread is always daily baked and super soft, ingredients are always very fresh, the restaurant is always clean and service is always friendly and efficient. I truly wish every restaurant franchise was as good as this place. Thank you.

It is important to note review age! The recent reviews reflect the change in ownership. The turn around in this Subway has been amazing. Staff has a totally different attitude and the manager cares about the customers! Good wraps, salads and sandwiches. The app is a great resource if you are in a hurry!

To be clear, this is the subway in Council Grove, KS. I was appreciative of them being open on a holiday. None of the local flavor restaurants were open. My sandwich, chicken teriyaki, was tasty. My dining companions were also happy with their varied choices. For some odd reason they were out of mayo. Not a big issue, just thought it odd. We left happy with full tummies. About $10 apiece including drinks.

No dining in here yet, every other subway in the area is open to Dining in. For some odd reason they don’t wrap the sandwiches in the first white paper wrap. Makes the sandwich contents fall out all over the place. I do appreciate the good food but when I’m forced to eat in my car it’s nice that everything stays inside my sandwich when I take a bite of it. Please bring back the practice of two paper wraps. Clean and friendly staff.

I Came in at 3 pm 9/10/23. No one responded to the bell on the door. I tried to get my drink but there was no ice. I waited a few minutes longer then left. it’s hard to do business that way.

It’s clean and quiet, and the food is good. The girl named Zoey who waited on me was kind and friendly and helpful. They seem to always be out of ice, or certain kinds of chips, and there was no cheese on the Italian herbs and cheese bread, but overall it’s a good place to relax and have lunch. What they lack in supplies they make up for in hospitality.
