I have not been in Subway since they remodeled this location. It is nice, seems bigger when you enter the store. Love the new Menu line up! The staff was great! There were 2 gentlemen working the sandwich like the evening I was in. They were fun to watch, knowledgeable about seemed to enjoy their jobs. In the past this location was run by high school students who didn’t seem to be trained well and didn’t like their “jobs” the atmosphere inside was light and fun! Great job Iola Subway!!!

Horrible service and untrained employees. Wanted mayonnaise and mustard and the lady disrespectfully smacked her lips and only put on sweet onion sauce. She had worst attitude towards customers and should be let go. She also messed up my wife’s order too, and both should have been free after dealing with her negativity and lack of sandwich knowledge. You should not hire employees who have zero want to be there let alone zero respect towards the customers.

Sandwich was good, everything was great. However, they had a line going out the door, and only one young girl working. Rating 5 simply just because of how hard she was working to get all the orders taken care of. Really shouldn’t be in there alone at the beginning of lunch, but she was doing pretty well. Looked like she made about 20 sandwiches in about 25 minutes.

Husband went to subway on Saturday night and was rudely told that they were serving the last 3 people ahead of him and no one else. This is how customers are lost. I keep going and hoping things will get better, but they don’t. The workers just don’t seem to care! Things need to get better or people won’t eat there.

New management is terrible! One person closes at night. That right there should be a safety violation. I know for a fact that three months in a row in the past subway has failed their health inspection for food safety. No one is trained properly. There was a money embezzlement case a few months back. Can’t say any good things, honestly.

Younger female employee that looked like she hated her job decided to be argumentative with me over an option on their menu, calling me a liar. Then continued to made a terrible sandwich. If you dont like your job, just quit instead of making subway look bad.

They were really slow, I was the only person in there and it still took them 10 minutes to ask what I wanted! To top that off, the lady that helped me had the worst customer service ever but that’s not the first time she has treated customers poorly when I have been In there!
