Dayna (I think was her name) was extremely nice and was very particular about how she made my sub and it turned out perfectly. Everything tasted fresh. For being in a truck stop the price wasnt to bad. This is a pretty decent subway location and the worker was awesome.

Located inside Pilot truck stop. Store is modern and clean. Cooler was clean and all the food looked fresh. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. My Oulaw Wrap was cold unfortunately, but my gf Tuna Wrap was excellent! Recommend

I just attempted to try and get a sandwich from this location. I’m not sure if it is a franchise or if it is owned by pilot flying J. first off the the portion size is at this location. Should be a crime. They’re absolutely cheating people. I eat Subway fairly regularly and I’ve never seen portion sizes this small beware. Then on top of that the first associate that attempted to help me I asked a question about a portion size and she seemed to get annoyed with my question insisted on someone else making my sandwich. The other person came out. I politely asked the same question And she answered my question and I walked away. Doubt this goes anywhere, but I figured I would let others know.

Man, I tell ya, it must be almighty nice running a truckstop quickserve restaurant like this. At some point, you get so comfortable that you just don’t care what’s going on in the service area. You just stay in the back doing your own thing, and if customers are waiting for service, so what? They’ll eventually get tired of waiting and leave. Problem solved! These people must really have it made. They spend so much time ignoring their customers, I bet a customer could walk around the counter, fix themselves a sandwich, help themselves to some cookies, enjoy a leisurely meal, and casually walk out without anyone noticing. Maybe someday I’ll try it, just to see if I’m right!

So… went in today and ordered an Italian BMT the lady didn’t like how I wanted it made so decided to comment on that saying it was “ridiculous” rolled her eyes at me a couple times just gave me constant attitude. Not happy at all. I usually would have given her the exact same attitude she gave me but I was in a bit of a hurry and it wasn’t worth my time. Not cool at all. Make the sandwich and treat folks with respect.

I seriously debate on whether to give a 2-star, or 3 because the food is good, and appears fresh, people seem nice and it isn’t usually busy when I come in so I never have to wait more then 2 minutes to order at the most, which is nice. But I hate saying this, but one guy who just started there not to long ago appears to be high out of his freaking mind like 75% of the time hes there. I’m not saying he is doing that on the clock, or there, I didn’t see that I’m saying from other visits when hes there to, there is a lot more reason for me to think thats the case then another reason because like I said he isn’t that way every visit. But nonetheless they’re always friendly, pretty quick in making sure you get your order, and its correct, hot, and fresh which is what we come for anyway so that’s nice. But another individual lets just say is very nonchalant about who’s around if one coworker is late, or is slacking in anyway, regardless if customers are around. But if they do mess anything up they do a good job fixing it, and they seem to always be nice, and friendly to everyone. They also do amazing when theres one of the girls there because of how soft she makes the cookies, weirdly no one else I’ve seen does that when I’m there but if I see her I know shes made good cookies.
