I was very impressed by the cleanliness at this location. Even though it’s not in the greatest neighborhood, it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with friendly, professional employees and fresh, quality food. Someone is doing a great job!

I just want to say thank you so much. They are the only ones who follow the instructions. I recently had to have all my teeth removed and eating is near impossible and they cut my sandwich up in smaller pieces for me so I could eat it easier. Such a small action literally has me in tears because it has been such a struggle and I can’t express how much it means to me. A little kindness really goes a long way.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s great every time. From Late at night to early morning. The staff are all very nice and friendly, they seem to care about cleanliness and cross contamination. They new younger girl is super sweet as is the other workers . The ingredients are always fresh unlike other locations never seen them run out ingredients , only 2 down sides. Building is sometimes darker inside and they don’t have the xxx vitamin water option for drinks

Her hospitality stood out the moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile, was super patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. NGL I go to this location and bit and I don’t expect much. Today I was helped by Jennifer. She was helpful & enthusiastic. I was the only person in the shop to be fair but she explained some sandwiches I had not tried & gave some tips to try sometime. She was pretty great.

Hello, I’m reaching out because I’ve been going back and forth between Subway and DoorDash trying to get a refund for my order, and the process has been extremely frustrating. DoorDash has repeatedly sent me back and forth and asked me to do far more than I should have to, while not resolving the issue on their end. I want to specifically recognize Jennifer, who was the only person willing to genuinely help me with my order. We were both clearly frustrated with DoorDash’s lack of action, but she remained patient, understanding, and did everything she could to assist me. Her effort really stood out and deserves to be acknowledged. At this point, I’m still requesting that this issue be properly resolved and that my refund be processed without any further back-and-forth. I shouldn’t have to continue chasing a solution for something that wasn’t handled correctly in the first place. Thank you for your time, and I hope this can be fixed soon.
