Ordered two footlong club subs. Both of them barely had any meat on them what so ever. Barely any sauce. Bread is so stale and rubbery we can barely tear it. Not worth a $12 sandwich.

New owners are not very friendly… Also the meatballs in my sandwich tasted as if they had been i the warmer for 24 hrs. It was early afternoon. Last time I had subway I ordered my sandwich on Italian herb and spice bread. It was a delivery order it was very fast. But I got my sandwich on pita bread as in a wrap, and I don’t do wraps.1

Ordered on the app, showed up 15 minutes after it said it was ready and it was not. They had yet to make the sandwich and hadn’t reached out about the missing ingredients which was the hold up. Waited on the other guests in the store for 15 more minutes while I politely waited in line with no greetings from any of the employees. And then the sandwich was made haphazardly and didn’t follow the instructions for the sandwich….got there at 7:10 left at about 7:35 for my pickup order

Went there to pick up my sandwich and it wasn’t made and I called out to see if anyone would come up and make my food. I did hear a person in the bathroom talking on the phone and hacking spit (which made me loose my appetite) I waited for 10 minutes and grabbed my repciet to write “cancel my order” which didnt happen as I never got my money back at all! Unfortunately I dont recommend coming to this location its just gone downhill ever since new management. Sucks that its kinda of the only sandwich place in town :/

First time ordering online and getting delivery, delivery was great so I feel the service was good because it was faster than the estimated time. The food however was not! I got a pretzel stick, took a bite and couldn’t chew it, threw it away and prayed my sub was good. I was happy with the outside look of the sub, not over toasted as I asked for it to be lightly toasted. Once I bit into it I knew I was mistaken. Hardly any meat on it and the cheese was lumped along the back. I’ve been avoiding subway for almost a year because the last time wasn’t worth it. I used to work at subway years ago and in a different location so I was very disappointed. Not sure I’ll order again. At least not here.

I ordered delivery and when I got my subs they were both burnt to a crisp. And the only way I was able to receive my new sandwiches was to go pick them up. Extremely inconvenient during a pool party. Not to mention when I brought said subs back to them, the guy told me those were yesterday’s breads so that’s why…… come again? $15 a sub made with yesterday’s leftovers??? Do you want a shovel to help you dig that grave your digging deeper? He was polite about it, but what does that matter to me when that same politeness was used to look and feel rock hard, burnt breads and still use them for our dinner. Oh, and if you’re wondering how my story ends, they still messed up my new subs by not following the order with the veggies and sauces.

First time I ate here, it was actually decent but I noticed there wasn’t a lot on it. I ordered online and picked up. Second time which was a few months later I ordered online again and picked up. We barely had anything on the sandwiches including the meat. It was mostly just bread. My cousin owns the Subway in Osage City. I know what the sandwiches are supposed to look like and they’re scamming people by giving them next to nothing then charging full price for the sandwiches. My mother called to ask to talk to the manager and the guy claimed to be the manager. Got very angry with her complaints saying nothing was wrong with them and if we had issues, why didn’t we bring them back. We don’t live in Ottawa. She asked to talk to the store owner which the manager eventually provided the number. He didn’t even speak English and hung up on my mom as she was telling him what was happening. I don’t recommend going here until they either get it straightened out or they get new ownership.

Awful don’t go here food is moldy and the people that work here are rude. The worst subway I ever been to. Use to be good but then it went down hill very quick after the new owners took over the one in Walmart should have stayed open and not this location. Go to Wrays or pizza time or pizza village for subs plz don’t go here I don’t want anyone get sick. Plz don’t go if u want subway go to Baldwin or Lawrence or Gardner or Garnett
