Its a $1.60 to make your combo a large then they charge you a 2.00 for a drink upgrade and 1.10 for hashbrown upgrade.
Can anyone make it make sense. Don’t think I’ll come back.

I have never seen anything like what just happened. Not only was I not given a receipt, I sat for 15 min waiting on 2 breakfast sandwiches. When I went in to grab my order myself, my order was sitting there waiting. I was told to wait for hashbrowns, so when I saw the hashbrowns already boxed up and waiting, I expressed my concerns, said I’ve been waiting this whole time for what was already ready, then proceeded to watch the “manager” throw out the hashbrowns in front of me. Why? Seriously what was that? I paid $10 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, and got my order thrown in the trash. I still can’t even process what just happened I’m so mad.

Pulled up, one employee employee outside on his phone smoking a cigarette, the shift manager came to the door and was going to lock it to keep us from coming in then realized it was 2 hours until time to close the lobby, then we went inside to use the restroom in the same shift manager was cussing and complaining about the job and having to work and having to make food, and then got several of the crew members to agree about wanting to quit to go work somewhere else, after washing my hands me and my wife just simply left.

This location still struggles to read a screen and get an accurate order out. Need to just simply pay attention and read. Then confirmed order at window, tried to give us someone else order. Employees need further training of just paying attention.

Waited 20 mins during my lunch for dine in but had to take to go. I was order #55. I watched #57 get theirs before #56. Then they said #54 which was my food but wrong number. It wasn’t horrible just a long wait and awkward when the employees aren’t acknowledging. All the a customers just calmly watched the disorganization happen.
Maybe just one of those days. Food was fresh though.

Appears they was only working the few cars in drive through.

By far the worst burger king I’ve been to. The cashier sat my cup on its side on the counter where it then fell and she gave it to me off the floor. The melt was not toasted at all. Sad thing is the hiring manager is here doing interviews and the service and food was that bad

Went to the Burger King on Airport road by Chapapeela sports center two nights in a row after my kids games. No one would take our order two nights in a row. Monday 12/14/25 and 12/15/25 around 7pm. Several other customers drove off also
