The app was glitchy and made it hard to oder so we had to go in. We had gift cards and it wouldn’t accept them both so we had to go in to take car of business.

Dillon and Alice were awesome with our large order. They made it easy to order, listened to every need and were both friendly.

The place was well stocked and clean including the bathrooms.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The guy doing the veggies etc should not be employed there. I ordered two sandwiches and the lettuce bin was basically empty. He put what seemed to be nearly all that was remaining on the first sandwich (my wife’s), which wasn’t much. When he did mine the amount of lettuce was barely a handful. I asked for more lettuce and he scraped around the empty bin and put a tiny bit more. I said you can’t put more lettuce on? and he said “that’s all you get for the price”. I was dumbfounded. I said “it’s a $13 sandwich??”. He said something about that’s just how it is.

I was just dumbfounded.

He clearly just did not want to put a new lettuce out. For whatever reason.

I’ll never be returning to this subway and I’d recommend anyone else to avoid it at all costs.

Spread about 6 olives and 5 slices of onion on a foot long sub meant to have both, every condiment that was meant to be on it aside from yellow mustard was completely undetectable, top half was literally entirely dry? Don’t even understand how they managed to mess up this badly, how hard is it to put a few condiments and vegetables on an otherwise standard sandwich? Is it policy to screw over anyone who orders online even though you can’t even order at the counter anymore? Really bad experience.

Food is normal, but dont try to order for delievery, theyll just give you the run around. They also dont check that people picking up orders are actually dasher drivers appearently, because ive had every order from there stolen with no refunds

You can not go to the counter and order. You have to fill out a stupid order on a kiosk touch screen. So, I just turned around and walked out. Come on, America, don’t let them turn this world into nothing but computer and robots. And we wonder why the kids have a hard time socially anymore.

I’ve never had a place get my order so consistently wrong in such a large variety of ways. I don’t order anything complicated and I don’t order during rush times, but somehow my bread is wrong more often than it’s right, additional toppings get added I that I didn’t want, requests for extra toppings are ignored, and the sandwiches look terrible. Every single time. This last time, they not only switched the breads on our sandwiches, but the bread they gave me was so stale that the outer crust was just falling off and the ends were hard enough to thump against a table.

Thank you, West 6th St. store, for reminding us why any other sub shop is probably a better choice.

I ordered a B.M.T and the guy making my sandwich told me I couldn’t have more olives. He told me there’s a 4 olive limit! I have never heard of that and I used to work at on back in the early 2000’s.He said it’s been that way for 30yrs. Well I looked it up and that’s not true, there’s no limit!

Went in tonight to grab something fast but not hamburger’s or taco’s. The young man working was very friendly and very helpful. We had coupons and he went above and beyond even with the coupons! I usually always go to this Subway even though I love in North Lawrence due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the people who have worked at the 6th St. location! But I am beyond happy we decided to go tonight because the young man working saved me a few more dollars than even with the coupons!

The kid working the meat for the sandwich literally scraped the tuna clean and I could still see quite a bit of bread. Told me that’s the normal amount (I order at least 3 a week). He reluctantly got the fresh tuna from right behind him and made sure to put 2 extra small scoops at each end. He is ringing me up and said total $11 and some change, fair enough…then said he had to add those baby scoops and my new price was $16.64…$5 for 2 bites of tuna is unreal. Then stared at me when I pushed 0% tip. I will not reward a terrible work ethic. Sandwich had to be mostly thrown away because the old tuna started to turn. Unbelievable you would charge me $16 dollars for that dumpster fire he deemed edible..
